Don't bother renting from this company. They contact you by text not by phone. You and everyone that you live with have to fill out an app at $36 each. Make sure that everyone credit rating is above 600. Because if one person's isn't, they decline everyone. You have to contact them to see if you are accepted. Very unprofessional. Run don't walk.

I was planning a trip to Lincoln to hunt for a place to rent for my family, knowing we had a few weeks to move. I tried to schedule viewings ahead of time with Dana, and she treated me like a joke and told me to drive around town first and call her when I was in town. So I called again when I was in town, and again she was incredibly rude and seemed amused at the idea of me wanting to view houses. When I finally got her to agree to show me one of the houses on my list "sometime tomorrow", she hung up and never called back. I'm glad I had interactions with her before committing to a rental, because if she's this rude and horrible to potential tenants, how is she with actual tenants? 0/10 do not use this company.

We called 3 weeks ago about our literally disintegrating carpets getting tangled up in the vacuum when we clean and were ignored. I called today and Dana was extremely short tempered, unprofessional and flat out rude. When I asked why she never returned our call she hung up on me!!! Wow! Wow! Wow! What a charming face to put on your business. These guys have never came out to address any call without at least 2 or 3 calls. All winter when I called about our pipes freezing they simply ignored the calls. I feel horrible for the owners of these homes they "manage"

The worst people I've ever rented from. Highly don't recommend. Took forever on repair that I needed done. Had stagnate water in my backed up bathtub for over a week. Other issues that were due to the condition I rented from and was treated like my problems didn't matter. If I could even get ahold of anyone in the office. Terrible. Terrible owners, and conditions. Would highly tell everyone to NEVER RENT HERE!!!!!! Or by them. Bad. Terrible. Disrespectful. The words to represent this place.

RRE is a bunch of douche bags! My car has been towed away from the designated parking spot only because I've parked at a spot no.3, not 2. Those assholes knew that it's their tenants car, yet they ordered it to be towed. Dana, you owe me $138 for this shit! Dana returned us only a 50% of our deposit, claiming that they had to clean carpet at $200. SHAME ON YOU! Will never rent with you anymore! Go to hell, bitch!

Terrible Management company. It always took a week or more to get anything fixed by maintenance. Plus they charged me for several things that the previous renter had done to the apartment and they had never fixed even though I sent pictures and emails.

Property owner perspective: We decided to rent out a house that we had inherited and RRE was excellent to work with. They provided guidance on steps to take to ensure the property was up to code as a rental, as well as access to repair and maintenance services (e.g. appliance repair) at a contracted rate. The tenants they leased our house to took exceptional care of the house and property, and we would have no hesitation in using RRE for property management in the future. Relevant side-note: During the last seven months, I was actually renting a home through another property management company in town--not RRE. It took this other company a full week to replace a completely broken refrigerator, whereas I know that RRE normally responded to maintenance requests within a matter of hours. In summary, as a property manager, I would highly recommend the services of RRE; and as a prospective tenant--and based on my experiences with another property management company--I would certainly recommend prospective tenants to RRE.
