Renew Resurfacing

Very satisfied with our new kitchen counter, bathroom vanities, shower and tub. Friendly, professional and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Cleaned up after themselves as though they were never here.

I've waited a little to honestly write this review because It's really hard for me to write such a disappointing review. I have always been one to support small businesses even if it does cost a bit more. When I first saw epoxy counter tops, I was so excited. Somthing that had a lot of personality. The hard reality is I regret spending the money on these countertops. I was assured the durability would be top notch, but it has already failed my expectation not even three months in. The countertops scratch very very easily. I have not used even a butter knife on these countertops. So just movements of normal plates and grocerys have made permanent scratches. There was epoxy running down on the back door frame so when the back door got replaced it pulled up part of the countertop. I've reached out on many occasions for this to be fixed. Extreme amounts of lack of communication. They said it could be fixed but will never return a phone call or a text to schedule me an appointment. The hardest part was never being reached out to to see how I felt about the final product. Overall, if I had to do this all over again this would NOT be the route I would take.

I've seen the work in person and was really impressed. The change is amazing. Take my existing countertops and have a new look by the end of the day. Great idea!!

Outstanding customer service experience. Ashley and Keegan came to the house and refreshed two of our bathrooms by resurfacing both the vanities and sinks. The workmanship was exquisite; the work was done quickly yet thoroughly and thoughtfully. There was absolutely no spillover on mirrors, floors or any other part of the house. They arrived at the time they said they would, worked quietly and were at all times courteous and professional. They advised us on how to care for our new surfaces and stayed after the job was done to answer any questions we had. They followed up after the work was completed to ensure we were satisfied. Great company, great staff, great work.

This company is outstanding. Jim is well experienced and the work shows it. No corners were cut and he explained step by step what he was going to do. I purchased the house with Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. Apparently the jets and intake were a pain to keep clean, so it looked dirty ! I tried everything to clean it but it was fiasco. I wanted to get rid of it. Instead to remove Jacuzzi Jim and his crew did incredible work converting jet-tub into regular tub. I LOVE my big, deep tub , which looks amazing and I give the up most recommendation. They also gave the new face to the showers and sink vanity tops. Absolutely gorgeous refinished and looking better than new. The process was much less time consuming than replacement, and kept our shower enclosures and sink vanity tops out of landfills.Thank you very much for your superior work. Overall very pleased with the final look and feel of my outdoor bar! From the very start, I was pleased with knowledge and expertise of the owner, Jim W. He explained why I would not be pleased with an epoxy resin product on my outdoor bar and storage area. Instead, he highly recommended using polyaspartic, which is extremely durable and a perfect solution for my situation!The technician (Jason) was also totally professional and went the extra steps to insure my satisfaction. He and Jim both returned on two separate occasions to resolve some small issues with the bar top! Thus, without hesitation I highly recommend this company for any type of counter top!
