So pleased with Reddick Plumbing. We had a little hiccup in the scheduling, but Troy mad it happen. He was quick, efficient and clearly knowledgeable about our sink issue. Highly recommend.

I've had my share of plumbing needs in the past few years with varying satisfaction, so this time I thought I'd check Yelp for a recommendation. I'm glad that I did and glad that I went with Reddick Plumbing out of Lincoln. I had a seldom used shower which had a control that got stuck on full hot water output (on a Sunday, of course). Fortunately, I could turn the hot water off at the water heaters to get it down to a small stream of cold water. There isn't any other shut off to the shower and no rear access in the basement. Fearing that it was going to be a costly pain to replace the valve by tearing into the shower, I talked to the owner Troy on Sunday and said that I could at least wait until Monday. He had me send a picture and said that he could probably replace the core to the control and take care of it. Feeling much better already! He moved the appointment from 11 AM to 8 AM with plenty of notice and was down here in Firth and gone in less than 30 minutes (plus the 30 minute travel). I have to echo the other reviews here: Troy was knowledgeable, honest, professional and reasonably priced and I couldn't have asked for better scheduling. In short, the kind of service that gets repeat business and recommendations to friends and relatives. Thank you!!!!!!

They squeezed me in ahead of the holiday to get some drains unclogged and a leaky tub faucet fixed. They were on time, kept the place clean, and price was reasonable.

I have had both Troy and Don do work at my home and rental properties they do a great job and I highly recommend them. Just the other day I was trying to fix a faucet that had froze and cracked over the winter after many hours and a couple trips to the hardware store I realized I was over my head I called Troy and he came right over and fixed me up right away. Thanks again

Very satisfied! The plumbing work was accomplished quickly and the work area was left very clean. The price was reasonable. I will be contacting Reddick Plumbing in the future if I have a problem requiring their expert skills. Highly recommended.

Troy is a great guy and I'm sure he does a fine job installing new plumbing, but when I called to get help for a drain I was told "I don't do clogged drains". That is disappointing of course, but more than that, his business profile page specifically lists clogged drains as a service they offer. Hmmmmph. Not OK.That said, I wouldn't hesitate to call them for other plumbing work as their rate is more reasonable than their competition.

Asked for a quote to put in a dishwasher. Quoted $95 an hour, took less than a hour to complete. I was expecting a bill around $120 because he HAD to put in a new water line because he didn't trust the less than 5 year old line that was already there. I was floored when he CHARGED $220 "with mileage". Very disappointed with the COST. I could have waited 2 months for NFM to install it for a flat $100 bucks....should have waited. The work was of good quality - pretty hard to screw up putting a dishwasher in.

This business has professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity. Tony Reddick was informed some previous plumbing he worked on had malfunctioned. He called first thing the next morning and was there that afternoon. Reddick replaced the part and was a pleasure to do business with. I appreciated his quick service, his easy going personality and his punctuality to fix my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody in Lincoln that wonders what plumber to call.

Reddick Plumbing has my sincere recommendation. You never know when you'll need a plumber but I sure know who to call when I do! Reddick Plumbing has come to my rescue several times with prompt and expert service. Forgot to unhook outside hose in the winter and cracked my pipes, clogged sewer line, water heater leaking...I've used Reddick Plumbing every single time and I'm so glad I did! Call them!
