Red Lion Inn & Suites

I am visiting from Arizona with my kids. My stay was a result of an undelivered RV booked through Outdoorsy. The owner put us up in the nearest hotel to the Platte River State Park. That is how we ended up here. The entry was hot and smelled...stale? Whatever it was, it was unpleasant. If I had more of a say in the matter, I would not have stayed here. My teenagers won't sleep under the covers because they're afraid of what might be in the sheets. I don't blame them. I witnessed a couple smoking weed in the parking lot. This place should be cheaper for what it is.

I can't see staying again. It was overpriced, featured loud and obnoxious guests, loud boxsprings made with sheet metal that would 'pang' and 'bang' when there was movement that I at first thought was remodeling occurring in the building, the walls were thinner than an apartment, the pool was deactivated [a theme in the region by owners], the breakfast consisted of less than expected for $200+ a night, the staff were professional but plastic and felt uncaring.
