I had liners in the draw because of the condition I got the apartment in when I moved in.
Lower left they said this was 18 mos of damage charged me $40

$40 out my deposit for damages I was charged...I bet you if you go to this apartment it’s still damaged.

The damage to the cabinets so bad I bought the liners, left it for next person bcos of the cabinet damage it had when I moved in.

Left it clean though, better that I got it....it wasn’t clean to my standards when I moved it but it was suitable for my situation

I don't rent a property managed by this broker, I do however live on the property behind it. This empty lot (attached to the home) is always overgrown and I have to call every year for them to come out and do their job of yard maintenance. It makes the neighborhood look awful and frankly the shirking of responsibility is irritating. Why am I reminding a property management company to take care of their property. wish I could give 0. awful communication, disrespectful and rude for no reason. told there was an open house style showing for a rental property from 6-6:30, showed up at 6:15 with no one around. Called the listed number and she said she already left, to which I tried to clarify it was open house style and got told I was wrong then HUNG UP ON. so we left. got a call back saying she had only left the house at 6:20 which is a false. I called her at 6:17 (after checking the door). she said she was canceling her 7:00 to come back to the house, but that "everyone else showed up at 6". I stated we had other appointments, and that's why I clarified in text earlier that day it was open until 6:30 and got HUNG UP ON AGAIN. She then calls me back and says she is at the house "did we leave" I stated I already communicated that to you prior to getting hung up on, twice. then she called me disrespectful! (after she said that I actually was and called her a bitch; apologies, that was uncalled for and I own that) DO NOT RECOMMEND. wow. cannot imagine what the actual tenants deal with.

Kevin and Lisa are terrible people. Mislead my elderly demented father. Ran our apartment complex into the ground. Allowed numerous problems and always would promise us more. They're quick to blame anyone but themselves. At one point, they were charging us for two lawn companies to cut grass that hadn't been watered all summer. Instead, the sprinkler was pouring water against the foundation. Trash people and a trash business. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible!

The worst maintenance company. Do not rent or hire. Took over a month to fix emergency maintenance to my building. And ask me unprofessional to take down my review on google. Our door was sticking and not lClosing all the way so anyone could get into our building and then light was out a month or so longer after the door was finaly fixed. All the ladies Ive talk to qt their office are rude qnd make you feel like your issues are not important. Pretty sure having your building door close all the way is important. DO not rent. And I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau.

They are single-handedly the worst company I have worked with. We arrived to our unit to find we had no power. Then instead of fixing what seemed like a serious electric issue they allowed the landlord to bring in a personal electrician to paper over the issue. Similarly the garage door used a mechanism which a repair person told us was a safety hazard and not to code. It broke and could have, in his words, taken off a hand or worse. They then took six months to repair the garage door leaving our car outside for the entirety of the winter but made no move toward compensation. They are unhelpful and act as a nice face for pretty shady ownersStay far far far away. Rent with literally anyone else

I am aware that few are positive and few are negative.. from my experience I learned about this yes they are taken long time I learned about have to be connected to owners first then work with it and work along to us customers yeah they not even answer phone call much but they do responding and odd hours to Emails... which is perfectly fine they find some what how to communicate like disability couldn't hear very much but they are strict and protective the owner not get a screwed up and I have noticed they are trying their best they are nice people nice enough to let each of us have a home which its all matter don't blame them if you pick a house are terrible or yard is horrible you have to deal with it not them and I am thankful for them for us be responsible to do lawn and etc but GIVE these people a chance and work with rest of this is give these people chance when they are learning or trouble to understand better. but most of all these people are giving a best they can to responding to messages. Just want you to beware. We rented a house that was eventually managed by RedKey. The problem was the move out. There was a lot of unfairness on the part of the owner of this Joseph Ave home and RedKey. The house was vacated the end of November. Utilities were taken out of our name - or at least we thought they were. We were then billed by BlackHills for three months worth of gas to heat this house and we did not live it and the owner will do nothing about it. He sees it as our fault. This is totally unfair and all I can say is beware of renting from this company and certainly this owner. There were a lot of unfair issues but this heating bill was the biggest. I would never recommend this company.

If I could put negative stars on this company I would. This company is DEFINITELY all about the owners. They give half truths and change their comments when it does not suit the owners or their company. This is the most unethical and unscrupulous company I have ever encountered. My son rented an apartment under Red Key. I unfortunately had to co sign for him. He did fall behind in his rent. He was cut from his job. By the time I found out, he was behind 4 months. Why did they let him stay there for FOUR MONTHS without notifying me, the co signer, is beyond me. I called Red Key and spoke with Lisa who said he was on a month to month lease and could put in his 30 days and vacate the premises. This would stop any additional rent piling up. I thanked her for her help and even sent her a $50 gift card! When he put in his notice that he was leaving the end of January, a notice that Red Key ACCEPTED, all of a sudden, he couldn't leave until March 1st! What happened to month to month? We were forced to stay another month or face eviction, court cases, etc. So now that is FIVE months of rent and charges. I had to take out a loan to pay off my son's rent because they kept adding on extra charges that they never spoke about in the beginning. Finally my son moved out. I thought that was the end of the nightmare. Then last week they sent ME, not my son, but ME an email talking about we owe another $2079!! They said they had to do a "deep cleaning" for over $600, clean the carpets for over $600, drywall and painting for over $300 and a bunch of other crap! My son wasn't even there a year! He didn't even hang pictures! What drywalling and painting had to be done???? They didn't provide any before or after photos, which I requested. They totally took advantage of my son being a first time renter who didn't know to take his own photos. And everytime I try to speak to them, they blame the "property owner." If you see Red Key on your realtor or lease agreement, make sure you read EVERY SINGLE WORD of your contract. Send it to an attorney and have him go over it. Or better yet, just run for the hills and work with an honest company that will go over things and tell you the truth from the jump. This company is awful!!

Nobody ever answers the phone. I leave multiple voicemails and when I put in maintenance request they call my roommates who've ask me to deal with it because they are both females don't answer random numbers. They know I'm putting in the request but are bugged that keep up with maintenance. Becuase I don't want nothing to fall back on me when I move out never been late on rent but I'm sure if I was they would try to get ahold of me asap
