The worst.Had to call the owner back twice to come and clean and reclean carpet. Absolutely would not recommend getting a carpet cleaned from this company. The owner had a bad attitude while I was explaining the carpet was still dirty after he cleaned my carpet my white socks turned brown. That's not good carpet cleaning.

Tony from Red Dog Carpet Cleaning was the most unprofessional person today. Apparently he had trouble finding our house (in Lincoln, not hard). One road was closed due to construction. There were detour signs or his GPS that will reroute you. After being on the phone with him 45 minutes trying to guide him where to go, he "gave up" because he was so far behind schedule and hadn't started ours yet. He said "F*** this- we will have to reschedule" and then hung up on me. I called him back and asked if I would get a discount for having to reschedule. He said no because it wasn't his fault he couldn't find my house. We had furniture in 3 rooms moved and I had someone drive 2 hrs to be at my house since I had to work. I will no longer be recommending them. Super disappointed.

DO NOT USE this company! See my BBB review to post soon. The owner, Tony, was arrogant the moment he stepped into my Mom's condo scheduled for a carpet cleaning at the special $149 for 3 rooms. The agreement I made was initially the $149. Hs charged an additional $200 for enzyme treatment that I had not approved or discussed with him. He lied to our realtor that the agreement was to add the enzyme treatment. he did not try to call me to confirm. He made a negative condescending statement about the owner of the condo/apartment, whom he never met; shamefully poor customer service!!!!! Shame on him and anyone who supports him!!

I wasn't told until after the carpet was cleaned he only takes cash or checks. Also, he wasn't here nearly as long as Stanley Steemer.He has lost my future business because of that.

Full disclosure: I have never used this company for its services. I am writing this review because this company left a magnet on my garage door, advertising for who knows how long without my knowledge or consent. I have never reached out to them for any reason and I will never use their services.

Tony from Red Dog Carpet Cleaning arrived on time, took the time to explain what areas of concern our carpets had and gave us upfront pricing before starting any work. The finished results were great, our stairs were beyond dirty and when he left they smelled great and were super clean. Very satisfied with the work that was done. Would definitely recommend.

New owner and he is the best! Always does superior work and aims to please his clients. I know whatever I need cleaned, it will be done timely and with high quality craftsmanship!!

Jeremy sold this business a few years ago. We had the new owner clean a pair of high-end white damask chairs of ours, and unfortunately, they were ruined from the cleaning. They were initially clean looking, but we thought it would be good to have them refreshed and sanitized with a new baby coming. After cleaning, we followed his instructions to dry them, but at the end of the dry time, they were full of large, grey-brown water marks and the overall color changed from a nice ivory white to a mottled dirty greyish-brown. Instead of cleaning them, he just drew the dust from inside the foam out onto the upholstery. When I called him back to ask if he could come out and look at the final result and re-clean, he refused, and claimed we must have somehow gotten them dirty. (They were sitting unused in a bedroom in a very clean house.) When I tried to explain...he hung up on me. Please don't waste your money or ruin expensive carpet or furniture with this company. Perhaps if you have anything but white to clean, dirt may be hidden, but you won't be left with clean items. There is a Better Business Bureau sticker on his van, but this undoubtedly from the previous owner.
