Received a notice that we were past due by 120 days. However we never received the first bill nor did we ever receive a notice that we were 30 or 60 days past due. Not to mention this was the second time this happened where we had to call to actually get our bill. We will be looking for another option.

Terrible customer service. Employee admitted billing is an issue. If there is an issue with pick up, plan on waiting over a week to get a pick up time scheduled. Ridiculous. I will be shopping for a new recycling company
