Went to pickup my friend and I won't even inquire for renting from this business! Looks like maintenance is lazy!! Not even gonna ask for a rental app!

If I could give zero stars then I would. They never pick up the phone, don't return voicemails, and they just don't care about their tenants. I have a newborn and our air conditioning has been out for 4 days and counting. Certainly not livable conditions in 90 degree weather. DISAPPOINTING!

They are a wonderful agency to rent from or sell your house with. We've had very good experiences in both areas. Lovely people here. Quick to respond, genuine in sorting out any concerns you may have, and quick response to maintenance requests!

Very professional people. They work hard to get you in to nice clean housing. Nice properties!! Easy terms and quick on any repairs if needed. Have easy website to negotiate with plenty of pictures to go with each property.

Do not rent here. Two months after I signed a one year lease, they informed me that the owners would be moving in in three months, and that I needed to move out. While I was willing to be bought out of my contract with them, they acted as though it was my responsibility to bend to what they wanted to do. After a month and a half of emailing back-and-forth, we finally came up with an agreement and I was to move out a month and a half later. While we did come to agreement, it was still less than what I would have to pay if I wanted to buy myself out of the lease. About two weeks after this, I was informed the homeowners changed their plans and that we would continue with finishing my original lease. At this point, I had spent a ton of time and money and had found a new place to live. Now I just want out of their house and to be done with their antics. But if I do not continue with the original lease they plan to take me to court. They have made a legal written agreement and refuse to follow through

The company took over my building last year in January. Since then, I have had to call and talk to them about our garbage services not being paid, our washing machine and dryer breaking 3 times, and neglecting routine service checks on furnaces. Their Lincoln office is constantly closed leaving use with an emergency maintenance number that really cannot answer any questions. Several times I have had to scoop the sidewalk and parking lot due to their snow removal crew NEVER coming. Poor management and communication.

They "managed" a house very poorly for our family. The renters had way too many people living in the house. More than was legal. The basement was wall to wall beds. The tenets destroyed the lawn. The tenets piled up soda cans and trash and kept requesting the house be sprayed. We never had to spray when we managed the house. The tenets left indoor furniture outside (like lamps). Requests for Realty Works to inspect the house and ask tenets to clean-up were not successful.

When I lived in one of their places they were really responsive whenever we had an issue. Very nice staff.
