I have a small cleaning business and stopped in to get a clients vacuum repaired but decided to purchase a new vacuum for myself as well. Thank god! Today I got to use it on one of my most difficult rugs and it was a breeze! So thankful for the help and recommendation on the best vacuum for me

Don't know my rating yet but I brought it in over a month ago and did not hear anything until I called and was told they are still waiting for a part.

This is an update I should have done a year ago. The previous vacuum we bought was a real lemon. It blew the dirt and fuzz around more than it sucked up. We ended up getting a new one from a big box store.

I emailed about a Dyson for repair estimate with a detailed description of what was wrong, they gave no info about it, just said to bring it in. Fine. I brought it in to repair. He gave me a HUGE lecture about how with Dyson you are paying for branding and they are essentially well marketed mediocre expensive junk. Fine, whatever. Said it could be 1 of 2 things (without looking, but you couldn't mention that in an email when I asked about it?) and both $200 ish. Fine. He said he'd check and call in a couple days. A couple MONTHS went by. We checked in and they said hadn't looked at it, they'll call tomorrow. NOTHING. Couple weeks later, came back and picked it up. "Sorry it fell through the cracks." Lame. Don't bring your repairs in if you need something timely, and don't expect a quick drop off, expect a giant lecture and a hard push to buy brands he recommends. I am fine with an informed opinion about brands when looking to buy, but I was not looking to buy. It was pretty insulting when he literally asked, "Are you emotionally attached to this vacuum?" Like, what? What kind of question is that? What kind of vapid response was he expecting? "Yes, it's my favorite color"? I'm just so mad.

I have had my vacuums and my sewing machine fixed here and I have been so happy with the service Rob gives. They are friendly and professional. You are always told what is wrong and how much it will cost. No surprises!! I would highly recommend this business. If you are in need of a sewing machine or vacuum, there are many available. High quality and in my opinion the best in Lincoln.

I live in western NE and needed to have maintenance and repair work done on my Pfaff sewing machine. I took it to someone in the area who charged me $100 for minimal maintenance and told me he couldn't do the repair work on if because it was old enough that he could not access the info on line. They then offered me $100 off a new machine, which runs around $2000. I I decided to try Randolph Vac and Sewing in Lincoln since we go there to see my daughter. Very happy I did! Rob was able to repair it for around $250 and also told me I had a much better quality machine than the new one would have been. ( made in Germany vs China). Rob was great to work with and very knowledgeable. would highly recommend them.

Robb is so knowledgable. I have taken my sewing machine and vacuum sweepers to them for service. I also will only go there to BUY a machine or sweeper. He answers the phone ( not a machine), he explains why the problem exists, ie if it's thread, needle, tension, technique. I think Ramndolph Vac and Sew are the BEST !Myrna

Walked in with a broken Dyson. I explained what it was doing and they knew exactly what was wrong (must be a common problem). I was in a pinch and was given a loaner for the time being. They had the repair done the same day. Once I returned, I was given excellent advice for future upkeep of the vacuum as well as advice for which vac to look at next. Couldn't be more impressed. Don't bother taking your vacuum anywhere else.
