I took Principles and Practices in the classroom at Randall, and Sales and Brokerage as a correspondence course as the two classes I needed before taking the real estate exam. With nothing to compare the courses to, I didn't think they were too bad, other than the second half of the Sales and Brokerage course was totally outdated and generally useless. However, after hearing that Randall's pass rate was around 30-40% for those taking the exam for the first time, and another school in town had a 90+% pass rate for first time test takers, I signed up for the review course at the other school (REEsults Coaching). The materials I received at the review were incredibly helpful and I do not believe I would have passed the test without them (I did pass, on my first time taking it). After the exam, I was fairly angry that I had wasted time studying the material I was given at Randall when I should have been studying the material I got at the other school. The people I interacted with at Randall were always very nice and professional, but the material is so outdated it shouldn't be used anymore. I would advise others to avoid using Randall as their sole education before taking the real estate exam.
