After a rough start, I will give Quick Connect a thumbs up. I wanted a local repair shop for to fix my laptop back in December, and found Quick Connect in the Yellow Pages. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the repair took longer than anticipated, but I did get my device back in working order with a guarantee that if I wanted to 'trade it" for a new device within 60 days, the money I'd spent on the repair would be credited toward a new device.I have to note that the owner advised me against the repair - he recommended a replacement laptop, but I wanted to try to get by with the device I had.Less than a month after I picked it up, I had the same problem again, and back to Quick Connect I went, this time to replace my device. The owner and associate who was working gave me "white glove" service, helping me decide which laptop would fit my needs and asking which files etc., I wanted transferred from my old laptop to the new one.New device was ready within the time frame they quoted - and I have to say it was QUICK! I took in my laptop on Saturday, and had the new one fully loaded by Monday.I initially had issues with Quick Connect's service, but they definitely made up for it on my last two visits. Thanks to Kristan and Peter for great service - I'm a new fan and recommend Quick Connect.

Very Pleased! I woke up to BitLocker being activated on my HP Laptop. A quick Google search was telling me that there was a high likelihood I would lose all my data. I brought it into John at the Omaha location. From the beginning, he instilled confidence. After a few days John called me to let me know he unlocked it. Could not be happier! For the meaningful work they do, the cost for their service is extremely reasonable. I cannot express my gratitude enough!! Appreciate all you do!!

I took my laptop in to get repaired because my emailwas acting up. i paid $50 for a back up to make sure all my files would be good to go. When I got my laptop back a very important programthat runs my CNC machine did not work. I asked them to return it backto the condition it was before i handed it to them and they said that would cost extra. Even after i paid them almost $300 for the repair. I talked to the owner and said to bring it back in and they would do the repair for free. After 1hr of being in the shop there was nothing they could do. Still to this day my program does not work I can't run my business off my laptop. So my side business of making signs out of metal is now hindered because i choose Quick Connect instead of going to Geek Squad.Actually Kristan Y. my program that runs my CNC machine is from 2016 and i had zero issues with that program until your shop messed with my laptop. so the program is not 25 years old. Don't make up things that are not true. I have called three different companies to try to restore this program. and the only reason you got one star is because i could not give you a negative star. I will not be returning.

Day 12 since I was lied to about receiving a refund. I paid 100 for a diagnostic and file retrieval. They only did the diagnostic. $50 They tried to charge me another 50 bringing the total to 150. I said no, went in to get my laptop and my 50 remaining refund since they made no attempt at retrieving my files. They claimed they did refund my money. The owner even said this in his reply to my original review. This was a lie. He is now withholding my money conditional of removing my review. It is clear to me, this is how Quick Connect could treat you. Even during the holidays.

I have been using Quick Connect for almost eight years and I have been consistently pleased with the quality of their work. They have made my last two machines and I have purchased their yearly warranty several years in a row but so far there has been no reason for bring them in for repair. This year there was a small snag in the cloning process when I asked them to upgrade my hard drive and the two employees I worked with, Chris and Tanner, went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with the service I received. They never talked down to me and communicated very clearly what needed to be done. I really appreciate being treated like a valued customer.

So far I had a great experience with Quick Connect Computer services. This company is so different than the other computer repair companies. I had to deal with the owner for my repair and he was very nice and understanding with me. I will recommend this company for repair and sales to everybody. The technician and the owner are very knowledgeable about the field. The customer service in that office is outstanding.

My 7-year old iMac (desktop) was extremely sluggish, to put it mildly: I would have to wait typically maybe 10-20 seconds after I clicked on any link, tab, etc. for the machine to respond, if indeed it did anything. The good folks at Quick Connect advised me not to keep too many windows open at one time; more importantly, they doubled my RAM memory, and now the machine is frisky again, even when a dozen tabs are open on my browser. The service was prompt and the price reasonable. Warmly recommended.
