This has been such a perfect opportunity as a busy mom! The online material was easy to understand and complete on my own time! The in room classes has so many options - I was able to pick a class that fits my schedule!

The faculty and staff are amazing. The CMA instructor is knowledgeable and patient while teaching/demonstrating the course material. The facility is set up to mimic a "real world" clinical setting, I found this super important to the learning process. I would strongly recommend this learning facility to anyone interested in Medication Aide Certification.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY. There are several other places in Omaha that offer far better training and testing! Worst experience ever.

I had an awesome time in my cma class! I learned a lot and enjoyed being there! My instructor made sure we all understood what was going on and made sure we all passed our exams :)

I'd just like to say this program is highly disappointing and clearly all about the money. The first that alarmed me when walking in the first day was the fact that I heard the employees discussing how the cut off for the class size was supposed to be 40 when in fact there were 46 in the class. There are hidden fees. No where were we informed that every time the test is taken, it's 40 dollars on top of the 515 we are already paying if we don't pass the first time. We also weren't informed that testing would be outside of class when we have jobs and other things to get back to after class has ended. This program is SO unorganized and we are sitting down most of the day on our own. I paid to get taught, not sit down all day. There are not enough supplies either so most people are standing around waiting most of the day to get tested or wait to practice their skills. There is not enough staff and It takes all day to check off on one to two skills, then they have the audacity to blame It on the students that we are behind schedule and threaten to make us pay for the time we have to makeup when It is their fault nothing is getting done. It is so understaffed and even the teachers seemed distraught and stressed about the amount of students in the class. When learning, the teachers go through a demonstration once (pausing and changing what they tell you what to do every two seconds) and expect you to know what to do. All the different staff is telling you how to do It differently so at the end of the day, you really don't know what is right and wrong and how to do It properly. We are not getting properly trained (with NO feedback) and CNAs should because these are the people that take care of our grandparents, parents and us eventually. This is not quality teaching and not helping us to be quality CNAs. I do not recommend this place, take your money elsewhere where they actually care about training you properly instead of taking your money. They also emphasize the important of respecting their students when they do not give any to the students, making fun and being rude of particular ones especially. One teacher said a student had dementia when she forgot which is not funny considering my grandparents had that.
