Quality Auto Repair & Towing

After waiting over 2 1/2 hours for another tow company, our insurance rebooked us with Quality Auto Repair & Towing. The driver showed up in give or take 30 mins from the call! That's how it should be but nevertheless that's not the case with other companies so if you find yourself in need of a tow give these guys a call. Driver was also super friendly and took great care of our vehicle. Hope I don't need a tow again but if I ever do I know which company to ask for.

I had just come back into town from a long trip and blew out my tire, not being from the area and not knowing what to do I called the nearest towing company and spoke with Penny, who got my location and quickly sent someone who happened to live close by even though their guys don't carry the equipment to change tires normally. But he came, and helped me quickly. Not only that, he was patient and didn't mind coming out to save me so late in the night. I'm really thankful to that gentleman and to Penny for what they did, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone in the area.

They showed up quickly, the driver was friendly and professional, the price was fair and honest. I will definitely use them if I ever need another tow!

After getting stuck in a very stressful spot today my husband called asking if I knew a good tow company. I've used Quality in the past with good/quick experiences. He was extremely thankful for how quick they arrived and helped move his vehicle today. Thank you so much for your help today!

The whole experience was wonderful, the driver ( I don't know his name ) was wonderful. I got a flat tire on the busy interstate and he was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend these guys! I have used them several times to have any of my vehicles towed. They show up, they do their job and their pricing was cheaper than expected. We contacted many other tow companies in the Omaha area, but no one was able to tow the truck and get our delivery team back. When we reached out to Quality, they were able to haul the box truck back and find a solution for getting our delivery team home. They went above and beyond to help us and our company could not be more grateful for the service they provided. We would highly recommend using this company for all your repair and towing needs!!

Quality towing towed my vehicle. When i went to pick it up the next day everything was stolen out of it. When i confronted them about the items missing they said that's how they picked it up and i know for a fact that's not true. In the end they said it wasn't their problem. $ 500 dollars worth of computer equipment gone.

Best towing company around. Around 10:30 pm I called for a tow they got there in 20 minutes compared to others who said they would be there by midnight. Low prices as well. The driver was super experienced and did the job quickly. Never been so impressed with a towing company 1000% would recommend.

Had a breakdown with our van. I had called two other companies a friend had suggested. The first said they wouldn't have anyone available for up to 3 hours, the second didn't answer the phone. We called Quality for towing. Decided to have them work on the van as well. The tow truck showed up within a half an hour. Was very pleased. The work was done the next day shortly after noon. The cost was reasonable and done quickly. Very impressed. I would recommend this company for towing and auto repair.
