I've tried this place twice now, both via drive through due to covid concerns. The first time, the contents of the order for two people were accurate, but the food was just plain cold. We only live eight blocks from this location, and it was a warm day, so the food was packed lukewarm. The second time was during the lunch rush, and I ordered a burrito to keep it warmer. I had to throw it in the microwave due to how cold it was. Two times of food colder than it should be makes me quite concerned about food safety. Not only that, the second order was quite wrong. They forgot to include the bag of chips that we ordered, and my burrito did not have cheese, two of the three salsas, and two additional toppings that I requested and paid for. I know staffing shortages are real, but the lack of attention to detail plus the poor food temperature means I'm not giving this place another try.

I'm so glad that they put in this Qdoba location! I personally prefer it over Chipotle since you don't have to pay extra for guacamole or queso. I generally order online for pickup and create my own bowl. It's always quick and tasty. For me, it's a much healthier option than other fast food and I can usually get two meals out of it. The employees are always nice as well! Don't mind that I already started eating before I decided to snap a pic.

I have been to this Qdoba a few times as I live right down the street. There's always something. The manager or GM I don't recall was super quick to respond to my feedback which I thought was amazing!He offered a couple free entrees to cover what had happened and for me that's good enough. Recognize the the issue and fix it, that's good customer service. He asked me for my address which I realized gave incorrectly and corrected it in a follow up email. I haven't received anything. I even let him know I'm a rewards member and that might be easier. Still no response.Took away all of the positive I thought was done. Only thing worse than making a mistake is saying you'll fix the mistake and not actually do it.
