I just love this restaurant. It is a no-frills, old-fashioned, Mexican restaurant. Excellent food at very reasonable prices. It's not fancy, but it's clean and the service is super friendly and efficient. Take out is available as well.They offer free parking, great margaritas and beers, and their homemade guacamole is awesome. This restaurant offers both lunch and dinner and one of the few area restaurants open until 9 PM during the week

Went here with my family yesterday and our service was absolutely terrible. We were sat in a booth where I had to scoot all the way towards the wall because of a big hole in the booth cushion. There was a curtain near the wall that was filthy with food stains. While our California Steak Burrito was decent, our waiter was rude and had no customer service skills. Any request seemed like an inconvenience, and we had to get his attention multiple times for him to come to our table. He'd sit down and watch videos on his phone that were louder than the music playing in the restaurant. At one point we saw him leave the restaurant then come back inside.. While we were eating another couple came in and sat themselves, he seemed to have a problem with that because those customers stood up.. it was an awkward situation. I've had other pleasant experiences in the past when it comes to service, but this time it was very bad.

Sue and I went here after a few yrs of not. Loved the old place to the East. I understand the downsizing deal, tho.Sue had the Taco Salad. Said it was very good. Not the usual hamburger inside a tortilla filled with lettuce. I did the meat and bean Nachos. Also very good. Dollop of sour cream and guac (not enough for me, tho). Chips seemed to stay fairly crispy down to the bottom. Chips and salsa was a nice opening touch. Salsa, of course, was not hot enough for me. Spose I coulda asked for hotter but didn't. Also, no additional bottled sauces on table. I coulda used some of that.Service was good even after large graduation party, taking up 3 long tables, came in with one server, and so was Marg. Yum.Building could use a little TLC along with parking lot.Will be back again for sure.

I got the Pedro's salad, because I wanted something a bit more exciting than the taco salad. There were no red peppers, no yellow peppers, no beans, it's iceberg lettuce, and the "red" onions are spicy cooking yellow onions. I would have thought the veggies would have been fajita style since it's a Mexican restaurant... nope, raw green pepper and yellow onion. It came with free chips and salsa that I thought would maybe salvage the meal... no. The salsa is watered down. I still ate it because I'm starving, but I finished it and am still hungry. Really disappointing. $13 after tax.

Got seated under a ceiling fan running on high. Asked if they could turn it down but was told in very broken English no work. Food was very bland and I ordered a chicken burrito and was served at steak one. Not a pleasant view inside or outside, plus we were the only people there!
