Provision Eyecare

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Jackson today at Provision Eyecare in the Miracle Hills Plaza Shopping Center off of 112th. I already printed out my new patient form and waited for the appointment. The exam was relatively painless and the explanations were professional and visual. Overall, I was pleased with my experiences with the exam and the selection of prescription sunglasses and fitting. This was an excellent experience.

Haven't been to the Eye Dr in a while, I can sometimes procrastinate going. Have Seen Dr Jackson prior when he was at another location. Upon arrival I was greeted and had some time to look over glasses before my eye exam.The exam went well, I didn't feel rushed, and he explained what he was seeing. The picking out of glasses was great too, they knew what I was interested in and what my budget was and really worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. I am getting 2 pairs of glasses, 1 for work, and 1 for everyday use, at an excellent overall price within my VSP and budget. I am excited about them being ready in approximately 2 weeks, and they will continue to be my go to place for Eye Exams. If you are in need of an Eye Exam, and they are in your VSP of places to go, I would be sure to put them at the top of your list.

I'm pretty upset with the service I received here at Provision Eye Care. In this past year I sought them out, because I'm having difficulty seeing at night while driving due to the lights. This is 2 years after my Lasik procedure. The optometrist gives me an eyeglass prescription for new lenses to help correct the issue while I'm driving at night. I spend $600 on a nice pair of glasses that I'm hoping to have for a long time to come. However, these glasses did not offer any relief from the night time vision issues while driving. When I went back in to discuss with the optometrist, he told me the most likely scenario is that the issue has to do with my Lasik surgery and glasses will not correct the issue. I wish he would have told me that was a possibility before I spent $600 on a pair of glasses. It seems like that's what they wanted all along. Just a sale. They did not offer me a refund or an apology. It rubbed me the wrong way.

If I could, I'd give this place a 10/5, it was perfect! I had a wonderful experience with the Dr. Here. He was thorough in his exam and made me feel like I wasn't rushed in offering me time to ask questions. He was absolutely wonderful and I never want to go anywhere else for my eye care! I was also very pleased with the freindly staff there, they were all very pleasant to work with and very informative and willing to help with questions I had regarding insurance. I would recommend going here to anyone!

I've been with Dr. Jackson for 10 years. I don't trust anyone else with my eyes. He has just opened this new store with state of the art equipment. Conducts a thorough exam. You can tell he loves his job. I'm a difficult patient, very particular. And so is he (particular, that is). I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and reasonable price of glasses.
