Proof is the guarantee that there will be good whiskey and great cocktails.The seating is plentiful, bar and tables. Service is plentiful and very effective. Seems they're good at recognizing regulars, yet greet new folks cheerfully. The location is quite attractive and cheery, yet appropriately dim.Oh, and it's a strip mall location with plenty of parking. A winning deal! We'll be back!

Proof 192 has always been a fav! They have awesome cocktails and a wide selection of whiskey to choose from. Their house Old Fashioned or Bourbon Old Fashioned are the best of Omaha. I also recommend their Barrel Pick Old Fashioned as well as their Bourbon Berry Crunch or Cherrywood. The staff are always friendly and ready to help you. If you snag a seat at the bar, it's fun watching them build these cocktails from the ground up. They have a cozy speakeasy environment and that's definitely my vibe. 10/10 recommend Proof for your next night out or even grabbing a solo drink. Cheers friends!

Lovely, Upscale & vibrant! Service is on point! Good vibes, can be a little noisy with chatter, light background music & sports games on 3 TVs-no sound. No food-wonder if you can bring in?

If you're a fan of classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan, or if whiskey or bourbon is your thing, this place is a must-visit. This was our first trip to the west location which provided a nice change from our usual visits to the Midtown Crossing location. The advantage here was the more convenient parking situation compared to Midtown.The Elkhorn location may not be as big as Midtown Crossing, but it feels more cozy. If you're with a big group, calling ahead could help you get seats.I had spiked hot chocolate, and it was delicious - definitely a sugar bomb, but absolutely worth it.From the hassle-free parking to the cozy ambiance and, the boozed-up hot chocolate, our visit was thoroughly enjoyable. First and foremost Jackie is probably one of the best and most knowledgeable bartenders I've ever seen. She was absolutely fantastic. Second the drinks were fantastic and the atmosphere was very mature which was niceWould absolutely recommend if you like bourbon,whiskey, or scotch. Will be returning for sure

Met a friend here last Saturday for drinks and had the best time! First off, the bar is beautiful! I wish I had got a picture of the whole bar! The lighting and ambiance was so cozy and romantic! This would be a perfect date night spot! The old fashioned I had was delicious. Probably my favorite in town besides my house! The service was amazing. All of the bartenders were so professional and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back.

Proof is an elevated cocktail bar. Known for their whiskeys however I enjoy their seasonal menu. My favorite drink I've ever had there was their Pumpkin Pie Martini... freshly ground nutmeg.. need I say more!

Temporarily living in the Elkhorn area has given me the opportunity to check out some great West Omaha bars and restaurants. Proof is definitely on the 'visit again' list. First - the entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The owner spent some time talking with my husband and I about his business and it was great to learn more about how he operates. This location opened at a really challenging time - late January 2020 so I am glad to see they are doing well. Now, on to drinks - they have a massive wall with shelves and shelves of liquor, mostly whiskeys, which is really up our alley. In addition, they offer a rotation of craft cocktails and I couldn't resist the pumpkin pie which consisted of vodka, cream, honey and pumpkin with nutmeg and cinnamon sprinkled on top. IT WAS DELICIOUS and as the bartender told me, its dangerous because you don't know you are drinking alcohol. In addition to serving up cocktails - they sell bottles and you can sign up to receive texts about some of their latest shipments since some are hard to come by and will go quick.

Great place to catch up with friends! It's a good location on west maple road, and is easy to navigate to. The service is fast, and friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. They have all sorts of different kids of seating from bar to bench to deep chairs. If you have a larger group, you might want to call in advance for some seats to be set aside for you. We had 4 people and had to wait about 5/10 minutes for one group to leave. We didn't mind because it's such a fun and classy place to be. The prices for the drinks are a little high, but each one is tasty and well make. It seems like you can find something tasty here on every kind of budget (or lack thereof).

Took My Devil Dog out for his "Marine " Birthday. I love the atmosphere. The selection is unparalleled. The staff knows the selections and the drinks are crafted to perfection. The bar is beautiful and what dreams are made of. Like their FB, they run specials throughout the week. Top Notch SMOKED OLD fashions .Bottles to go are priced very very well!
