Proformance Physical Therapy

I've gone to them twice now for back, ankle, shoulder and elbow problems and they've been amazing. Stacie is very compassionate and listens when I have questions or concerns. I enjoy going there and that makes a huge difference when I'm trying to get better. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have been to a few different physical therapists and Proformance has been the best by far. Great set-up allowing for individuals to have one-on-one workouts with the physical therapist each visit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a quality workout in and improve each time.

Everyone here is really nice and they have helped me recover from various injuries and surgeries. Highly recommended!

PT is painful no matter who does it, but the refreshing atmosphere at Proformance makes it so much easier to tolerate! After rotator cuff and total knee replacement surgeries, I have been restored to complete use of both by their skilled care. Highly recommend and planning to go to them after my next surgery.

My stepson underwent therapy at Proformance PT. There are issues with debt owed to us from his mother. She went into Proformance and requested that 50% of the bill be sent and charged to my husband and I. They took her bill and placed a white sticker over her name and address and hand wrote my husband's name and address and sent the bill to our home without contacting us first. We did not provide the consent to treat but it was assumed that placing a sticker on her bill was enough to get us to pay our half, when it was discussed between parties prior to that she pay her debt as she already owed us money. This situation is completely unethical and unprofessional as they sent us her debt to pay based on her request without contacting us first. They placed themselves in the middle of an already volatile and divided family and took her instruction of sending us the bill without question or contacting us to assure that was an appropriate plan of action. Despite this very unprofessional and unethical situation, I called and discussed with them and they understood and reported they would reach out to her to collect her debt.

I am one of several people who go to Proformance Physical Therapy for help healing my shoulder after surgery. I had been there a few years ago with great results. Then lately I needed some more help with a different shoulder problem. I chose a company convenient to me and after going there for a few months, I knew I wanted to return to Proformance Physical Therapy. They are a great bunch there. I get more one-on-one help with people who really keep up with me and know their stuff. They have a nice physical therapy place too. I really recommend the expertise and experience at this company if you need help with physical therapy. They are personable and you get the sense that they really want to help and there is personal interaction which really guides the healing and recovery process.
