Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Let's start with my first phone call to book with them. Terry was so nice and helpful when I told him what I was needing and all the issues I had been having with a new puppy at home. We discussed everything and decided on a game plan for the carpet in our home. Next thing was our furniture. We have three rooms with couches, so it was important to us, with four dogs, that they all be cleaned as well, however I was curious about the process. He walked me through everything and told me exactly what to expect. Once they came out, they did an AMAZING job. The gentleman who did the carpets and couches was extremely nice and professional. Once he left our home spelled and felt brand new. No more dog stains nor smells. I cannot wait to have them back! Highly recommend them!

I have used this company to have my carpets cleaned, my upholstery, cleaned, and the tile in my kitchen cleaned. They have done a fantastic job in all areas, and I will continue to use them! And they are very reasonably priced. 5 stars across the board!

Service was horrible. Terry the owner is uncooperative, rude. His cleaning crew doesn't know what they are doing. They will sue you for no reason as well if you dont pay because of how bad of a job it was

Richardo came out to clean my carpets from a house that has been sitting vacant for a while. He was very professional and kind however I was not super pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. There were lot's of stains that were left behind and the stairs look hardly touched. I paid for the premium pet treatment and it didn't seem to do much.

We had our carpets and master bath grout cleaned and were very satisfied. I didn't realize how dirty the grout was; looked new after they were done. My carpet had a stain from the kids and they were able to get that out as well. Very satisfied. Price was exactly what they quoted, no overages, no surprises. That was important.

Amazing!!! These guys were early. Professional. And SO helpful! They explained each step and our old pet stained smelly carpets look new again! With a soon to be crawling babe, they assured me the carpets are disinfected and ready for babe. I would recommend a million times over! Thanks!!

Did not perform as advertised. Terry Hopkins was uncooperative and unwilling to resolve the issue. Left the job unfished. I was able to remove the stains he said needed carpet replacing with my home rug cleaner. Never again!

Excellent service and great pricing. They showed up right on time, and the technicians were extremely professional and really seemed to care about the quality of their work. They answered any questions I had, and got the whole job done faster than I expected. The results were great -- all pet stains are gone now, and they did a great job of cleaning some of our sofas too. Will definitely be using them again!

They arrived on time, as scheduled, though no one called ahead which Stanley Steemer always does. Used their own water and did a GREAT job of cleaning. One food stain did not come out. They said it was dye. Did not move a couple of chairs int he bedroom I noticed afterwards. So be sure to look around before they leave. I'd use them again.
