I cannot warn more against this company. We requested their services to help determine if the structure of an area house was sound. I was in the market for a second home, and I found a place that looked like it would be a good fit. The structural engineer showed up to look at the place. Him showing up is what gave him the one star. He showed up in dress clothes. He went walked around the house once, took five minutes. When it came time to actually look at the foundation, this gentleman said that he would not go into the basement as he had his dress clothes on. He also said that he had a knee replacement and would not look further. My real estate agent was baffled. The man simply said that he would take the place. This was not worthy of the $500 cost. My sister had called for a refund for this whole escapade. This man not only wasted our time, he wasted our money. The company said they would not give a refund and that the man's services are adequate.
