If you are a customer they will call you once every couple weeks to try to get you to buy something. If you do not answer they will call you every single day until you do.I asked numerous times to have them stop calling me.The only way to get them to stop was to cancel the service.

I do not recommend them based on my recent experience. Negative stars. Here's why I don't recommend them. I have contracted with Nebraska pro turf for years. This year they have provided the worst service ever for my yard. Recently on Monday Sept 17 they sent someone to do my fall yard service. The representative they sent told me he could only do my front yard because he didn't have the equipment to fertilize and do weed control in my back yard. They have been coming for years and don't send someone who can provide the service for my whole yard???? So he said they would send someone out Tues morning to do the back yard. Well no one arrived. Received a call that someone would be out Wednesday. No one showed up. Called them and was told they would send someone out Thursday. No one arrived again but received a phone call the would be here Friday. Well... no one showed yet again. Received a call that they will try to get to me next Monday or Tuesday. I should have been the top of the list last Tuesday!!! Keep this in mind that this could be you and I prepaid in full for this lack of service. Well they called again on Sep 25 stating they would come to finish the service for my back yard on Sep 26. No one showed on the 26th. Called Nebraska Pro Turf Sep 27 and informed them no one showed yet again, they are in breach of the yard service contract, they were paid for the full service, in advance and did not deliver. They called today Sep 28 to reschedule the service. Not again. I was accommodating for the prior 5 times they said they were going to perform the service. Nope that was not the truth they were never going to show up. Earlier this year i raised a concern as to whether their person had completed the backyard service since there was nothing on my cameras other than their walking to the gate, turning around, going back to the truck and leaving. I was assured my cameras in the backyard were incorrect. The backyard had been fertilized and weed killer was applied. With the recent experience with Nebraska Pro Turf, my cameras may have been accurate. None the less this company has had their chance and they failed. They also are refusing to refund any money that I pre-paid for this last supposed service. If they were honest they would refund 1/2 of the amount. They have been fired as of today.

The service is very good and the lawn care works. You are notified before they come out and our tech, Calob Colliers, talks to us each time to address any concerns we may have and explains each application. Calob always has a good demeanor, is professional and thorough.
