Excellent food with outstanding service and great prices! Having been to the location in Omaha expectations were high and we were totally pleased with our experience. Some of the best street corn that we've ever tasted.The Council Bluffs location is slightly smaller and does not offer an outdoor seating, but what they don't have from Layout perspective they make up for a food quality which is just as good if not better than their Omaha restaurant. Dedicated parking lot available and additional space on the street as well.Server was super friendly and efficient. She insured that we never ran out of anything! Happy hour pricing made for a great deal on our final bill.Highly recommend this location to stop in for some great Mexican food or just a drink at their bar after a long day!

Stopped in at Primos for Breakfast during my travels and tried the breakfast tacos... WOW!!! Super delicious and highly recommend.Service was great and super efficient.Restaurant is nice and clean inside.

What a great find! This authentic friends and family run spot is incredible - it's clean and got an upbeat happy vibe! I loved the burritos and their sizes. Im a Salsa Verde person and they make it fresh here! Thank you to the kitchen staff who makes this spot truly Los Primos!

I have to agree with another reviewer, I have no idea why the reviews are so good. The chips had no salt probably from a bag, the beef was in not seasoned, the rice was not undercooked, but sort of hard and dry. It looked like Spanish rice, but it had no flavor. The refried beans weren't that great either and a little too loose. The place itself looked very nice and sort of upscale and the staff was supper friendly. That's the only reason they get 2 stars. Guacamole was $9.99 and you get a 1/3 cup for $10. Will I go back? Nope, next time I'll drive to north O for Alberados. Primos was not primo IMHO.

Some of the best Mexican food in CB (and the Omaha metro in general). I found the quality dipped when they opened their midtown Omaha location but it seems to be back now. Salsa, queso, and guac are all good. Portions are more than generous and the price point is reasonable. They have a fun looking collection of margaritas, and my SIL enjoys them. Service is usually good. Place is nice and clean. It's a bit of a small location but we've never had to wait. I love the big windows to see outside as well.

Stayed nearby for the second year running, and so went by Primo again.Service: polite, but rushed -- they clearly serve regulars, so there was no question that we should know instantly what we wanted to drink and eat.Food: Decent. Generous portions. It is Mexican for Iowa, so a lot more emphasis on cheese sauce than chili sauce or salsa.Drink: Good beers. Didn't attempt the margs this time.Overall: I'd rather give it 3.5 stars. But a reasonable place to dine out in a town where Applebee's is doing big business.
