Primary Care Physicians

The service of caring for the patient is lost in recent months as they put patients on hold indefinitely and blame them. My cousin was sent a letter indicating she was not living up to their standards because she missed two appointments. How rude! Don't they understand customer service never blames the client?

My experiences have been good so far. Their office is quiet and I've been able to get appointments pretty quickly. However, like many doctors in Omaha, they tend to follow a more traditional approach to care rather than a progressive one. That said, if you advocate for different treatments or care options effectively, they are open to considering alternatives. The doctors are caring and willing to listen.

I have been a client of this practice for 12 years. Dr. Nelson is my primary care physician. I understand that some feel like a number. Sorry to say, all busy medical practices triage their patients during busy periods. All I can say is "Oh well"... Especially in health there are people who take priority, even if you feel differently.

I just moved to Omaha and needed a primary care office. Everybody here is attentive, helpful, and genuinely interested in getting you taken care of!

My family has been using the services of Primary Care Physicians for over 30 years. Dr. Ralph Kramper was our primary doctor. He always was concerned and never made me feel like he was rushed but if he did not have an open appointment time when I or a family member needed to come in we would happily see one of the other doctors. They are all very kind, attentive and thoughtful. Dr. Kramper has recently retired but his daughter Keri Dillon, APRN and the other doctors do a wonderful job of addressing health care needs.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! From the moment you walk in you feel like a berdan to everyone that works there. From unfriendly bitchy nurses to the biggrest jack ass of them all dr greg nelson. He will rush you through every appointment not answering any of the questions you ask then tell you how bad walgreens is and if the prescription gets messed up its your problem. I schedueled a simple blodd test 3 TIMES and everytime i went he ignored it and did absolutely nothing. PLEASE PLEASE if you are serious about your health this is not the place for you!
