Extremely friendly and well trained staff! I may pay a fortune for my extensions but I know without a doubt I am getting the best of the best around!!! I go in often for extension maintenance and always see all the girls chatting it up and making e er tone so comfortable and their clients look AMAZING!! I had my girl do my color on a whim last time I was in and it has never ever looked better in my life! You get what you pay for. If it's important to look good for you then just come here and be pampered!

I've been seeing Abby at Prim Beauty for over a year now. She does my Brazilian waxes and does a fab job! She's friendly, professional and gentle. I highly recommend her for any waxing needs! If you arrive early, Prim has a cute little waiting area upstairs. They have some complimentary packaged chocolates and a station to make yourself a cup of tea if you'd like. Super cute decor! Go pamper yourself and see Abby!! She does facials and other services too.

Apparently being dark skin is a barrier to them providing microblading? That's the first I've heard of this which simply means they don't know how to cater to the skin of all their customers. Sounds racist. They probably should get better training. Horrible experience.

I loved this place! It is not closed FYI. The decor is stunning...the girl who did my hair was friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would love to return to this salon again.

There are probably wonderful independent stylist here. Unfortunately, a stylist who previously worked at Element works here and her comments are rude and hurtful. I complimented her on amazing trasformation. She had list 75lbs without surgery. She spoke highly about her trainer at her gym. I wanted to check it out. I asked her for details about her gym and she told me I wouldn't be a good fit. I repeatedly asked her why she said that and she refused to answer me. I paid her and left. I will never give this woman my hard earned money again.
