Preventative Medical Clinic

A friend referred me to the Preventative Medical Clinic inside Kohll's pharmacy for their Botox days offered one to two days per month. During these days you can typically purchase 20 units for $200 - $225 and receive 5 free - meaning you pay $8-9 per unit. You must use all units purchased on Botox days (i.e. you cannot save or carryover units). The staff is really friendly and my injections were administered by a nurse. This is some of the best pricing you will find in Omaha and they have a variety of other services available as well.

I had a couple of appointments with Jessica Moyle because I wanted some fillers for marionette lines. She did an amazing job and I'll be seeing her in the future. Highly recommended.

The person that I spoke with on the phone was very nice. I wish they could be more accommodating. I was feeling under the weather, like I was coming down with a cold, and wanted to see if I could get in for a Vitamin C drip. They did have time available the next day, but the latest appointment they could do was 1:45 because the nurse practitioner doesn't take appointments after 2:00 pm.I wish they offered later appointments for us working stiffs. I would be more than happy to give them my business.

I have had several treatments at this location. The staff is professional, caring, friendly, and trustworthy. They will only make recommendations that are great for you. Great prices, great service. Best in Omaha!!

I have had many Botox injections at both Kohll's locations and have nothing but great results. Susan has always been careful and professional. I have had many injections without the numbing cream but I certainly appreciate this service. I have never had a problem with swelling or any significant bruising.Only one appt ran late and I had to wait about 20 minutes but all appts were right on time. I have even made the appts over my 30 min lunch break and been back to work on time.I LOVE the Brilliant Distinctions program and had 22 units of Botox for $128 .00 as I had a credits from this program.I have purchased Latisse there as well with great results.Pricing is very competitive and the special are great!

Coming in to help shed a few pounds on the HCG diet. They say you can lose 30 pounds in 30 days!!

Hands down the best preventative spa treatment clinic around. All the staff are professional and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer. With monthly specials and a points earning system they can make your treatment options affordable. Always treated with professionalism and respect. The medical professionals take time to explain the risks and benefits of each treatment and really take their time to make sure you are comfortable.

They seemed more about selling me products than discussing my health. Was not happy with how they practiced medicine at all.

Very, very disappointed! Many of the services and products produce zero results. For example, I purchased the HCG weight loss plan and they promoted that the HCG increases your metabolism. What a joke, the 500 calories a day diet is what makes you loose weight but then drastically reduces your metabolism. I lost 9 pounds over the 5-6 weeks I was on it then promptly gained back 11 pounds when on the maintenance phase of 1500 calories a day. I followed the plan exactly during all phases. What a waste of money! The second example of a scam is the AFT laser that I bought at their Dodge St. location. I purchased this and got zero results. They said if I did not get any results that I could come back and they would to another treatment at a higher laser setting. So I tried to do just that however they wanted me to pay an additional $500! I feel duped and highly misled. Just to be fair I have purchased botox and a fillers and got satisfactory results. But many of their other products and services are worthless and I believe this is an unethical establishment that won't stand behind what they promise.

HCG 6 wk program - Kohlls pharmacy nurse practitioners did not educate on the diet plan & what the particular Nurse pract. told me was incorrect - i.e. Dr. Simeon observed pregnant woman in Africa.... um... you got the wrong 3rd world country it was India... not a real confidence boost on their knowledge of the program. My wkly check ins seemed rushed, with no real advice given. When I asked why I could not eat turkey - the Nurse Pract. did not know the answer. I'm sorry if I 'm paying $700 for a 6 wk program, I expect the staff to know their stuff! When the 6 wks was completed - I was given no transition advice or phase 2 diet plan, only vague answers & told to use common sense. I think this is terrible because people cannot just be thrown to the wolves at the end of the 6 wks with no real plan in place, unless of course you want them to gain the weight back & have to come back to spend another $700! I lost a total of 30 lbs in 6 weeks- what I am telling anyone who asks is yes, the HCG is great, but don t go to Kohlls!
