Switched because they were cheaper than PapSan and same recycling, no Recycling Bank hassle. Then I had to call the office because they missed our entire block. She lectured me three times to call same day. Umm, you missed Veterans Day, I assumed you would be by the next day. She asked if it could wait a week. I pay for weekly service so if you are skipping a week, I should get a discount. When she finally agreed to come back tomorrow she again lectured me about calling same day. You driver missed my entire neighborhood and it's my fault? And how many people can actually call same day, most are working and don't realize it's been missed until they get home. Totally lacking customer service.

Garbage. It's there job description and how they conduct business. Watched truck driver drive right passed my house and my full trash cans. Stopped two doors down and lost about 3 bags on the way up that then blew down the street and he didn't stop to pick up. Called the office immediately and magically the driver was somehow already back at the facility within seconds of leaving my house. So they couldn't get back out for pick up until two days later. They don't care and treat people like crap. Good riddance. Don't waste your time with them!

Premier Waste Solutions regularly misses our address on our pickup day. Even if we call to ask them to return, we won't see them again until our next scheduled pickup day. Today is Monday (our day), and the can is full to the rim with trash AGAIN! I called, and got the voicemail, because they close at 5:00pm. They won't be back until next Monday (if we're lucky). Calling does no good, and the snobby brat on the other line doesn't try to hide her attitude in the slightest. I thought my comments would be better served here, since they'd rather pass on being alerted to a problem. Premier, you're fired.

Customer service is not the best in the city. I don't see how they keep customers, all of the people I spoke with are part of the no customer service skill set. First they didn't pick up our trash. Then they lied to us about when it would be picked up. Then wanted to call me and my husband a liar. Needless to say I will be finding another service to pick up our trash.

Unsafe, no consideration to residents, rat-running in residential roadsCompletely inconsiderate of residents and residential zones. Premier Waste's 12.5m trucks use our residential local road as a rat-run every morning and during the day, harassing and waking residents instead of using Palmer Pde in the commercial zone from where they collect one street away in Cremorne VIC.Premier Waste do not reply to emails asking them to take their responsibility to avoid causing safety, amenity and conflict issues in local residential street and then block you.Cowboys are still prevalent in the waste industry as this demonstrates.Completely inconsiderate to residents. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I can not begin to explain how helpful this company has been, especially Jessica. We needed a large rolloff dumpster. She was willing to work with us and insure not only that we had it when we needed it and we had the right sized product for the job. She took her time to explain pricing, delivery and pickup as well as answer questions.Do not hesitate to contact Premier Waste Solutions especially if you need a large rolloff. One of their drivers got on to the interstate without securing their load. A bottle flew out and hit my car while my wife was driving. At first when we contacted the company they seemed understanding and said they would look into the situation. We gave them exact times and location of the incident. After about a week of no follow-up my wife called them. She was rudely told that the driver denied it and that there was nothing else they will do, and then they hung up on her. I am not upset that the incident happened, I understand accidents happen, I am very disappointed in how the company has handled the situation after the fact. Very unprofessional, very rude, they lost a long term customer over this.

Worst customer service representative and trash removal service. Could not clearly articulate why they would not pick up my trash. When they would pick up trash they would leave trash everywhere. Couple years back they were a great service, now not so much.
