Premier Pools and Spas

We paid up front for 50% of the total costs and then 45% as asked by the President, Aaron. His team dug a hole on my yard over 7 months ago and have not been back to my property since. Unresponsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. This has been an absolute nightmare. I don't understand how this company is still in business

We did our research. In September of 2021 there were over 200 Google reviews for this company and they were 4.8 out of 5 stars positive. Let's just say that they've had $120,000 of our money for 2 years and we are not the only ones. There is no way that the current positive reviews are real. We paid 50% in October of 2021 and then 45% in March which was in the contract. We were to be swimming in July of 2021 but that did not happen. It is now 2 years later and the project is still not completed. They do not reply to calls, text messages or emails. I have mostly worked with Erik & Allen who are not owners but they are a big part of the problem. I would imagine that they just relay what they are being told by the owners, Aaron Stanger and his wife. WOWT / Mike McKnight just did a story on them and this is nothing short of a ponzi scheme in my opinion. Crazy thing is, they seemed to be a legit pool contractor before 2021. They claim labor shortages but they keep taking on new contracts and getting 95% of the money while promising a pool in 90 days. People have had liens put against their property due to the concrete contractors & plaster installers not getting paid by Premier. I am at the end of my rope. The contract says that I cannot post this without notifying them first. I have notified them and I am done. This has put a strain on every area of my life.

We invested in a fiberglass pool and hired Premier for the project. We have enjoyed working with Aaron, Erik & Calvin during the project. Although it took longer than anticipated, we did not fault Premier because the majority of the delays were directly related to COVID and the inability to get certain equipment needed. The pool was completed in time for us to enjoy it starting with Memorial Day weekend, and we have used it almost every day since it was opened! We have never seen our grandkids as much in a summer as we have this summer which was a huge bonus. I would have given this review 5 stars except for the one issue I had which was some lack of communication with the customer on days/times they would be working on the project. After speaking with Erik about my concerns, he assured me that he understood and that the company was taking steps to improve their communication with the customer. I honestly believe they will make every effort to improve their communication skills which would earn them a 5 star rating!!

The Owner/Operator is really down to Earth. The staff seem to know what they are doing. While it is not cheap to get a pool installed, you should know that these folks are pros.There is a lot of work that goes into the project and they are with you every step of the journey. A big investment requires a big amount of trust. The follow thru is exceptional.

We had a cement pool built in the 60's with a fiberglass liner. The liner was placed to be a "bandage" to the original damaged cement structure and we have spent lots of time and money with a variety of pool providers to "bandage" it every year. It has been a very frustrating process and every year our pool got opened at the mercy of the pool providers.We finally needed to fix the underlying problem instead of the "bandage" so we called Premier Pools/Spas. Aaron and his crew came out and tore out the fiberglass liner and repaired the cement structure. They were knowledgeable, timely and our pool has never looked or functioned better. We have been so happy with this company that we are going to make even more changes to the pool (fire pit, fountain) and the decking and we are using this company. (Omaha, Ne)

After six pool builders came to my house to go over building my new pool. Premier Pool and Spa (Aaron and Adam) Did the best presentation, had the most knowledge, helped fit my family needs, and helped me find ways to be able to add on in the future without extreme add on costs. They are very professional and prompt.

Read reviews and look at news articles before hiring. They have screwed over many customers. There are a lot of pool companies, choose another one

this company does not pay its subcontractors and gives out checks with insufficient funds !! Araon thinks it's ok to not pay for work completed as requested ! I suggest to look into the news articles about this company and look for another pool company unless you want to wait 2 plus years to have it completed!

Have not received anything I would call customer service. Follow up regarding concerns after our pool installation has been very poor.
