We have used Premier Exterior for all of our roofing, siding, and painting with patch repair needs. Jim comes prepared to view the job and gave me his honest opinion of what is needed to complete the job. Jim, worked with my insurance company for the much needed repairs from storm damage. Once my insurance went over everything with Jim and myself we were able talk roofing, siding and patch repair inside along with painting. We went over what is the best shingles for my home to great colors for my siding. Pricing for everything worked within my budget from the insurance company. The other items I wanted done like the gutters and soffit, he gave me reasonable pricing. We discussed the time frame which he could start the job to the completion date. Jim kept in touch me during the process. Jim answered any questions or concerns I had during the process. The office team, Tammy, provided me with all my warranty information for my roofing to make sure I could get it registered. Seemless process to pay the final bill with detailed invoice. Tammy was happy to come out to pick up payment and provide me the invoice in this time of uncertainty. We did it all at social distance. Thank you Premier Exterior

Dishonest company. They are using a different companies name in their online ads trying to confuse consumers. If they are willing to do this, how could anyone trust the company? I tried to call and talk to them and they lied and were extremely rude.

Updated Review... Premier Exteriors installed a residential deck for us in 2020. Overall, we've been happy with the deck and the quality of the build. Along the way since 2020 we've seen a small issue with the lumber quality which, is most likely due to supply chain crud that happened to everyone during that COVID timeframe. Despite that challenge, they built a deck we've enjoyed. The team at Premier is working with us to repair the lumber issue this summer at an agreeable rate. On the positive side, they are super motivated to earn positive feedback from their customers and the team works hard to make a deck you'll be happy with, all at a fair price. On the negative side, they are definitely a very busy company so you may have to wait awhile to get a spot in their cue.

As you can see from the previous reviews this company is not an honest company, jim (the "owner") himself asked me to revisit my review. After finding constant city code violations from the "City of Omaha permits and inspections" I then became curious to look into the violations myself. Alot of them being safety issues was very concerning to my husband and I. none the less to say this company lacks integrity and also respect for woman. I DO NOT recommend there are plenty of other honest contractors in omaha and my husband and I regret choosing them. save yourself the trouble and choose a company who respects all genders and follows the law.

If you are looking for a roofing company...look elsewhere than Premier Exteriors. After twenty-two months and tens of thousands of dollars, my job is still not complete. To date, the job is not finished, and they are opting out of the contract, they demanded be in place. In addition, they have requested additional money. This comes following multiple phone calls from subcontractors that have not received payment from Premier Exteriors.From the beginning, the work was misrepresented and promises made that were not carried through. Every aspect of the job had to be redone at least one time due to poor workmanship and improper installation. In addition, subcontractors damaged property and did not pick up after themselves. A supervisor from Premier did not regularly come out to view workmanship, or progress. I had to place countless phone calls to the company regarding concerns, leaving messages, only to have them dealt with days later. The lack of attention paid to the project, resulted in costly mistakes.Overall, this was not a favorable experience. Many of the issues should have not occurred with proper attention and pride in workmanship.

We had Premier Exteriors replace our roof this past spring. They provided a reasonable quote and were able to start on the roof in a timely manner. They pulled permits and followed the building codes and the roof looks good. However, we have had many issues that resulted from the roof install. The roofers put a nail through our ceiling in our living room. After the first day, they were partly done and it rained in the evening and we had water in our house because they neglected to place a tarp on the roof. The roofers did not clean up each day after their work and we ended up a nail in our tire and had to get a whole new tire for our car due to their carelessness. A lot of the trash from the roofing packaging, asphalt, etc ended up in our neighbors yards and we had to pick up for an hour in the rain around our house and in our neighbors. After the roof was completely done, they did do a good job of getting the yard cleaned up and I paid them for their work. About two weeks later after a rain storm we saw that the gutters were not draining properly. We then realized that the roofers had nailed our gutter covers shut so we couldn't open them. Once we got the nails out we come to find out that they hadn't bothered to clean the gutters. Our gutters will filled with to the top with roofing material. I contacted the company that this occurred, they assured me they would get on it. But never did. Apparently once they get paid, they don't care about their work. So we spent about 4 hours getting the gutter covers unaided and removing all the roofing trash from the gutters. We also have a satellite dish and this was not put on properly after the roof was installed and this cost us another $100 to get it realigned. Overall, I was not impressed, a lot of these problems should not have occurred if the company paid attention to detail and cared about their customers.
