Premier Countertops

Having to deal with Sherri was one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had. I ordered granite that they had had samples of on their showroom floor. They failed to get the granite placed on hold with the out of town supplier. Unfortunately the granite I chose was not common and Premier was unable to locate another slab. Sherri tried blaming me for the issue and refused to refund much of my down payment. She claimed I broke the contract by canceling the order when in fact they broke the contract by not supplying the granite written on the contract. I finally had to threaten to sue them before she refunded all my money. As she slammed my refund down and walked away she told me to "stick the check up my ***."

The countertop selection was great They even had remnants of many of their countertops. However their remnants did not have much of a discount tied to them. I've attempted to purchase countertops from them twice but only did once. The first time was a remnant and the cost was about $60 a square foot installed.The second time I went there I got a price quote from them and paid them to begin the work and two days later I got a call and they told me that they quoted me the wrong price which was over $1,000 in difference. The owner was very blunt and unwilling to budge on his position of recanting his offer to us and almost came off a little rude. This was more frustrating because it was their fault for the mistake and were very unwilling to make amends other than just to refund the money to us. We ended up going to another place to get our countertops.

They made my granite countertops in 1 1/2 weeks! So nice and helpful. My husband removed the countertops from our pool house and I didn't know they we're not salvageable until it was a week and a half before our Memorial Day cookout party. Premier saves the day!

I did my homework and shopped around. Premier was the best by a landslide. Mory and his team were very professional and went out of their way to be extremely careful at my home. We love our new kitchen so much that my daughter got hers done by them as well. I highly recommend Premier if you want top quality, professional installation and reasonable prices.

We bought our countertops at Lowes and Premier Countertops fulfilled the order and did the installation. They set our date and although they had problems, Lori and her team did everything to keep the date. Their installation team was top notch! Solomon and Angel were the best crew they could have sent. The installers were professional, courteous, clean (they cleaned up everything when they left), and very helpful as we asked questions. I cannot say enough good things about Lori and the entire Premier Countertop team. When we upgrade bathrooms in the future, they will be our "go to" store.

We were interested in Quartz Countertops after looking at samples could not find one asked if we could look at a slab size instead of a small sample. Sherry told us to go to UGW Surfaces. There a nice guy showed us a warehouse full of Quartz, Granite, Marble surfaces. We finally decided on Calacutta Noble Quartz. We were given a sample to take which matched slab on floor to Premier. The next day we returned to Premier Sherry was on the phone as we were waiting the owner a female asked if we needed assistance we said we were waiting for Sherry. Sherry did not have a sample of the Calacatta Noble like the one we got from UGW but said she could order it. We finalized the order signed 1/30/22 did not notice on invoice Calacatta Noble Nuovo on order. Installation date was changed 3 times finally 1/22/22 countertop arrived. Quartz installed something didn't look right not the same as sample of Calacatta Noble. Man at UGM told Calacatta Noble discontinued Calacatta Noble Nuovo replace. Went to Premier told not what we ordered. Sherry said I'll get owner she came out said Calacatta Noble was discontinued she told us the day we placed order. We never talked to owner as she insisted we did. Sherry said she told us was discontinued which was not true! We would have selected another if we were told sample we brought from UGW was discontinued after we saw several slabs of the NOBLE in-stock. Why would UGW give us a sample of a discontinued Quartz that was in warehouse.. Premier owner did not tell the truth about being discontinued and sad to say so did Sherry. Do Not Do Business with this company. After post 2 other people have said that happened to them wrong Quartz Countertop delivered.

just now-EditI made a big mistake by going with the Premier Countertops. The front office service was unprofessional and taking the issues to the owner made it only worse. It took them 5 months to complete our project with lame excuses, multiple reminders and some unpleasant phone conversations. The workmanship of people they hired for granite installation is mediocre and messy, they wrecked the wooden flooring and appliances in our house and their excuse was that some collateral damage is expected because the granite we chose was pretty heavy. They chipped a large piece (about 3-4") of the main island granite during transportation; we objected for its installation on arrival and we were promised that they'll fix it like the original. Jarred tried his best to fix it but his best couldn't fix the problem like original and we are living with it regretting every day. The owner didn't take any responsibility neither for the damages to our house nor for the granite breakage. On the bright side, Cory installed the backsplash and he was very patient and did a tremendous job. Also people in the machine room were very patient and pleasant (the one star is for them).Overall, I do not recommend this business to my friend given what we had to go through dealing with them for five months. My advice is, if you have a beautiful house don't take chances. In case you did go with them, don't make the payment until the work is done as their response completely changes once you make the payment.

Purchased at Lowe's, they were the subcontractor for the quartz countertops. The product quality is great, the Template maker that came to the home was great and the installers were outstanding. Now come the problem. We asked for the cutouts ( which is included in the total cost) to be returned to us as we had other uses for them in our kitchen remodel project. When the gentleman came and did the template we also told him and he wrote it on the paperwork so we could get them. When the countertops came to be installed the cutouts were nowhere to be found. The installers said they would take the information back and have someone call us. No one ever did. We called them to check into this, telling them the whole story. THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON US, I recalled the and was told several different reasons why they do not return the cutouts by different employees as we went up the chain of command. I finally asked for the owner. THE OWNER HUNG UP ON US AS WELL. We also found out the they used our cutout from our 36 inch farmhouse sink to make a small section of countertop. We paid for the quartz in the cutout and the other small countertop. THEY CHARGED US TWICE FOR THE QUARTZ and we only got the countertop and no Cutout. With the cost of quartz this adds up to a lot of money!!!!!Lowe's needs to find a new subcontract as this company's management has no ethics or values.

Great job. They were able to get my counters in a few weeks sooner than other companies. They did the removal of old counters and installed new. I picked my granite from UGT. When Premier Countertops had the granite at their shop I was able to come look at the slabs marked with the template. I made a change as to which part of the granite they cut. They were clean, in and out in one day. Also less expensive than other estimates.

Don't bother if you are wanting flooring. After getting measured we were informed they aren't taking bids. Would have been nice to know before they came out and measured. Had to go to their showroom to ask for the estimate before they would tell us they weren't taking bids. Also the salesperson on the floor knows very little about tiles, types, grout, sealing, their inventory, etc. so do your homework else where if you have questions.
