Precision came out fairly short notice because my garage door wouldn't shut reliably. The gentleman that showed up was very helpful and knowledgeable and had by garage door fixed very quickly. He even took the time to program the home link button I had never successfully managed to program myself previously. Cost was minimal for the work provided. Will definitely call again if I have any more garage door problems.

Wow! Service at its best! We called at 6:30. They were at our place by 7:15. We told them it wasn't an emergency and they assured us that they were happy to come as soon as we needed. The problem with our garage door was fixed within minutes of their arrival. They were fantastic! Definitely will be calling them again if we need to.

Randy from Precision Garage Doors come out after my insurance agent totaled my garage doors due to a hail storm, and Randy was so helpful! He helped me pick out quality R-9 doors with lifetime springs to replace my existing doors. He helped me pick out style and color. Just over two weeks later my doors arrived and were installed, right on time. Randy worked with my insurance company and me to ensure reimbursement. I was again impressed with the quality and service from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I purchased 3 Garage doors from Precision with a lifetime warranty. Precision refused to honor my warranty and sent a technician out who provided me with inaccurate information. When I called the office I was basically blown off! I was told that although they could find me in their computer system they did not know when I purchased my doors as a result I would have to pay for a new spring assembly and the labor to install. Over $300.00. To add insult to injury, the technician they sent out, arrived late with the excuse, I was helping some other installers load their trucks. For a business that states that "Trust is everything" they failed. I regret my purchase with this organization. They have no respect for Veterans and fail to stand behind their products. Do not give these people any business.

Discovered that the spring broke on the opener this morning. When I called, they showed up early afternoon. Shawn arrived, confirmed it was the spring. He provided me all the options to resolve the issue. The option i chose, the parts were already in the truck. The new spring was installed in less than an hour. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and guidance to maintain the system moving forward.

I've worked with Precision Garage Door on a few occasions on a couple different properties. In all cases they were very fast, and delivered quality service at a good price. Special thanks to Rick, Sean, and Dustin who were able to help me out with installing a new unit and programming the remote garage openers.I have Precision saved in my phone and would definitely use them again. I recommend them highly.

This company is good in a way they are on time and very responsive, they answer ur call promptly and send you a tech right away but the quote was more than double of other companies $$$$$

Matt is what every business NEEDS. He was competent and amicable. He explained every step to my understanding. If I need Precision I would definitely prefer Matt

When our garage door became stuck and would not open or shut properly, Shawn came out, helped show me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was very quick with his work and very pleasant to talk with. He explained everything brilliantly and was happy to show me how to keep the door properly running. I give Precision 5/5 stars.

I called Precision to set up an appointment to replace a couple garage door keypads. After setting up an appointment, I got a call from the owner of the company, Debbie, troubleshooting my issue to make sure I wasn't going to pay for a service I didn't need. Her suggestion ended up working for one of the keypads and saved me half of the estimated price! I did still needed one of the keypads replaced and they were so incredibly flexible with my very odd hours of availability. Franky gave me a call to let me know he was about 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He was so incredibly personable and impressively speedy! My keypads are now both in working order thanks to Debbie, Franky, and Precision Garage Door Services!
