Conveniently located on South 132nd St. and West Center there is plenty of parking available for easy store access. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Offered shipping options. Store has plenty of supplies and there's even a postbox for Santa! Note that international shipping is not available at this location.

Now I know why they have five stars. They are all so friendly and have every service needed to mail stuff and they also provide shredding services. Shredding hard drives is $10 or $20 if they have to take it out. Paper shredding is $.85/lb. Roseanne helped me with my two boxes. It was cheaper to send it via flat rate boxes and she offered to help repack my boxes but instead I took her up on helping me tape the boxes while I repacked them into 5 boxes. She patiently waited for me to get the right addresses since there seemed to be an issue with the addresses I first gave her. A great experience and will be back for sure.

This was a great find on Yelp. I needed to shred financial papers and didn't want to burn out the office shredder that takes 6 pieces of paper at a time. This place, besides being a postal annex shreds papers without having to remove staples or paperclips. I had over 70 lbs of papers/statements to shred and they give you a blue cart, you load up your items, they weigh your items, and have you watch on a monitor during the shredding process within a minute of payment. Very convenient, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend this place to shred your confidential statements or financial paperwork you have saved during the last few years. I took tax returns there besides monthly statements from the past 4 years. Parking is available in the strip mall but watch out for pedestrian traffic near the entrance of 132nd Street.

These guys are great, I use both the West Omaha location and their Midtown Crossing Location on a near daily basis to ship a variety of things for my online businesses and I have never had anything but success. It is a way easier option than the UPS Store and much friendlier service.

I have used this company for many years and they know their stuff. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They look for the best deals to save ME money. I appreciate this small but big business. YOU MUST GO TO THEM FOR ALL YOUR PACKING AND SHIPPING NEEDS. They also have some cool packing for special occasions, I sent a birthday present in a very pretty box. Thank you Postal Zone for always putting a smile on my face.

You might not think a mailing/shredding/notary place could affect your life all that much. But really, Postal Zone is a necessity for living well. They do it all (packing your stuff, shipping, shredding, notary...), they do it for fair rates and they do it in a very helpful and friendly manner. If they can do something for you, go and get ready to have your expectations exceeded!

Used them for shredding - twice, now. Someone else in between. Wish I had used them all three times. Shredded probably 170 lbs total. Very pleased with the service. I don't live in Omaha - wish I had this store where I live!

Postal Zone helped me package up my very large coffee maker to send back for repairs. I explained how the machine needed to be packaged up and the gentleman there complied with all the nuances of the shipment. He was fast and careful with my shipment. To top it off, the service wasn't as costly as I had expected. This was my first visit. I will use Postal Zone again.
