So, I've been coming here for awhile (about 3 years). I've bought some boxes and items when I've needed them. I went to drop off packages today with my kid and the owner came up and asked me what I was buying today. I was taken a back and I said that I didn't need anything. She told me they didn't get credit for prepaid postage. I seriously did not have my wallet on me. She said most people would give them $1/package. (I usually send out 5-20 packages a day.) I was then asked where I was from... I said here? And then asked very strange questions like where in Omaha? And where specifically? She then told me they needed all the help they can get and proceeded to show me a bunch of Christmas items. It was a strange interaction. The place was very cluttered and the items for sale looked outdated. I don't know if she wanted me to take the Christmas items or not? She said some guy was supposed to take them. I've only used them in a pinch and won't be again because I cannot spend $1/package for items I already have postage on. I feel bad for a struggling business. This isn't the way to go about it.

I love this business! Never crowded, easy to run in and out quickly but I usually end up talking to Doris and the other girls. Doris is the best! She'll always look for the least expensive option to ship something. All of the ladies there are friendly and helpful. It really needs TEN stars

Product was shipped from there and when received there was damage.Hard to get ahold of when we had a problem. Have left several calls and they have not been returned. Its hard to support an establishment that doesn't value customer's when they need support.

I think they closed. That is for the best. Strangest business I ever used. One day, they insulted me-personally and professionally. The employee was downright stupid. One could never be sure the packages were even going to get to their destination.....

The women who works there (maybe even owns the place) had the audacity to ask for a tip for taking my pre paid/posted packages!!!!! She seriously said "most people leave me a dollar or two for taking your packages!!"" Never in my life have I been asked to leave a tip for a prepaid package!!! I will NEVER go back!!!

I called prior to driving the 30 miles to get to this place because I was looking to ship a mattress. I told the lady owner the dims and weight because I was actually surprised that she said they could ship it. While on the phone she asked if I could buy some stamps while I was there. Odd, but I said possibly. Long story short, she could not ship the mattress, my husband and I spent more time on phone with Fed Ex than she did trying to make it work. Then when we left maybe 1 1/2 hrs later, she had the audacity to ask me to buy stamps. I said no. She said but you said you would! I told her well you said you could ship a mattress! Then she said but I've been trying to help, haven't I? I said trying to help and actually helping are two different things. I'm normally quite patient and understanding, but my patience got the best of me at this place. When we first got there she said how much they've been struggling and how much they still owed on the store. Not exactly what a business owner normally shares.Very odd place. Would not recommend at all.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! Would give them a "0" if I could. They told me my company would be charged around $20 to send a large package to my company. Well, my company got the receipt, and it was right at $250 that they charged our corporate account. The owner said that her employee must not have known the correct procedure to send it, and I said "Sorry, that isn't my fault. If she didn't know how to correctly send it and bill it, then she wasn't properly trained, and that falls on you, the owner. Your employee told me it would be around $20 to send, and that's what I expected." I went back and forth with the owner and told her that if she didn't make this right with my company that I was going to leave a poor review. She apparently doesn't care that she ripped my company off for $230. People need to stand up against poor ownership like this. Any other company would have made this right. Instead she argued with me and didn't even attempt to refund any of the $$$. I'll never use this business again! Terrible customer service.

Please avoid this place at all costs! For a place that used to be amazing at customer service, it sure has gone down hill. I do not normally take time to review things like this as I am busy seeing patients most days, but when someone does an injustice and disservice to you, then ethically I feel I should warn others so they may not make the same mistake. Quick summary: I took a package there containing 4 speakers and needed to mail them to Canada. The owner said that UPS would be the best route to go (least expensive, insured to get there within a week, etc). I trusted her and paid the $95 to send the small package on its way. Three days later I received an email from UPS saying I owed another $156 in "custom and duty" fees to get it there. I went back to talk to the owner (3 days after mailing it) and she had no idea who I was or that she even mailed anything to Canada 3 days prior. Once we looked it up, she still didn't remember it. She called UPS while I was there and spoke with them and they said that in fact I was correct: UPS charges 17% of the value of the item as it goes across the border. I gave her the chance right there to help out with this as I was never notified of this in the beginning: I was told it would be $95 to get it there. She said "why don't you pay it and then I will reimburse you," and I said that's fair- I had to get it there and was not going to let the recipient pay the fee. After several weeks of returning to ask what she was going to do, (and every time she has no idea who I was and what had previously transpired until we revisited the order), I have seen no monetary compensation for her error. I left my phone number and address and still have heard nothing from her. Common sense tells me she may be developing some kind of mental loss, or she is just "playing dumb" so that I will just go away. It cost $250 to send a small box to Vernon, British Columbia that would have cost $95-$100 through the postal service. Lesson learned. Hope this helps the next person who is considering this business to send a package. Thanks for your time reading this.

I went to the East Store located at 643 N 98th Street on Tuesday 7/28/2020 to mail a package. I have used this location many times and have had good service. Tuesday a guy that I had never worked with before felt very comfortable asking questions that someone providing customer service would not. He asked what church I went to. Very strange question/ ok that did not bother me as much as his next action. I had a face covering on as did the other customer waiting on service. He did not have a face covering on and voiced totally UNSOLICITED that he believes COVID19 is a farce and not real. I was totally appalled. The other customer shook her head and left. I told him to tell that to my son in law who lost his father due to COVID19 and all the other families who lost loved ones. I was just trying to mail a package and was not looking/ asking for someone's personal views. I should have walked out and took my business elsewhere. For these reasons I WILL NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.
