If you're looking for a bike, gear, info, or community around bikes Vince and Jess, his main squeeze, are top notch. They're honest, positive, and original.I just bought a rad new bike! I'll be posting pics soon. We all had that great bike and those memories as a kid, and now, thanks to Vince, I have a dream bike as an adult. So. Much. Fun! Nailed a pothole on Tuesday and split my rim. Walked it to another bike shop near my work downtown and they were unable to get the job done in a timely fashion (likely about 2 weeks). They transferred the bike to Ponderosa who was able to get the job done by that Friday. As one who gets around only by bike, getting my bike back quick is essential. If not for the hills in the area I would consider them first for much of my bike work. Easily an asset to the area for bicycle commuters.
