Costumer service was very nice and personable. I had ordered a kt-8 meat tenderizer from this company and it came with the wrong blades in the machine. The fault was from the manufacture and the wonderful staff of pleasant hill grain was able to ship out the right blades at no cost to me.

Impressive!! I emailed this company asking if they repaired Kuhn Rikon's after I found their website online. They immediately responded to me. They stated that they don't repair them, but gave me the information I needed to get mine repaired. I was impressed and grateful that they took the time to help me even though I did not buy my Kuhn Rikon from them, nor would they make money on my repair. It's refreshing to find good businesses like this. My local store (in Utah) that I bought my Kuhn Rikon from was not helpful at all. Wished I lived closer to this store. Thank you Pleasant Hill Grain!

Do not buy from this company. I was a first time buyer and will never buy from them again. Customer Service is rude and argumentative. I received product I had purchased in defective containers. When I called the company they informed me that they would send replacements at no charge. One of the replacements received was more defective than the initial purchase. When I called the company, I was told that the replacements were not at no charge and that they would send FedEx to pick them up or I could purchase the additional containers. FedEx arrived 2 days later without notification to retrieve the products. I was also told that I would receive a replacement container and lid with a tool needed to open the container. That has not been received. There are numerous companies that sell the same products that do not require the purchase of an additional tool. Read reviews before you purchase and do not buy from this company."

Avoid this company at all cost. False advertisers, iffy reviews and rude sales staff. They advertise gift cards with purchase then don't follow through

Avoid. return items are not as advertised. 10% restocking fee plus pay for return shipping and they charge you for the past shipping cost. Salespeople are dishonest.

I ordered an All American canner from this location. I had a lengthy conversation with the associate who was more than willing to share so much helpful information. She spent an extensive amount of time discussing different aspects of the canner as well as a multitude of other topics! A+ in customer service and knowledge!

Years ago I bought the smaller Bosch Universal Mixer from this company. I called with umpteen questions each of which was answered clearly. Recently I realized a stainless steel mixing bowl to fit this mixer would be a great help for whipping egg whites without emptying the bowl with cake batter, so I ordered one. The price is wonderful, I added to my order to secure free shipping and the costumer service rep was most helpful. Her computer wasn't working and she was unable to enter my order, so I did and she worked with me on line. Lovely person, wonderful help and the best prices anywhere. Their web pages are so helpful and well organized. Truly a company to return to whenever products in their huge inventory are available.

I have made three purchases from Pleasant Hill Grain. I bought Red Wheat Berries, A hand Grain mill, a Nutrimill Grain Mill, and a Busch Universal Plus Mixer. All three times the service has been excellent. I would highly recommend any purchase from this company as they stand behind their products and I know if I should have any problems , they would take care of me. The Red Wheat Berries are awesome, fresh and packaged in a mylar bag inside a food grade plastic bucket. The grain handmill with a separately purchase longer handle works great for grinding our grain for poultry and other ranch animals. The Nutrimill Grain Mill is excellent at quickly and efficiently grinding my grain for bread and the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer is beyond my dreams! I own a Kitchen Aid Artisan 325 Watt mixer that doesn't even come close to the workhorse that my Bosch is. I can knead my bread in 1/4 the time of my Kitchen Aid and the Bosch stays as cool as a cucumber compared to my smoking hot Kitchen Aid.....the Kitchen Aid, sad to say was not as efficient during the kneading process and it got way too hot to continue kneading after only 7 minutes compared to the 4 minutes the Bosch does. (My recipe calls for 10 min on the Kitchen Aid and 15 min. for hand kneading. I know they're expensive but they will last for years and after reading my own reviews first, I trust Pleasant Hill Grain to take care of me should something happen to my appliances. I could have gone to Ebay but I'd rather deal with a real live person for questions or service....you can't beat Pleasant Hill Grain!!!
