Plattsmouth Cab

Ron was able to help me get my daughter to school on time on very short notice even though he had a full schedule, he fit us in at the specific time we needed due to my daughter being hard to wake up that morning, and she was on time for school. We would recommend him for the good rates, ($5 one way) safety for child on the ride and reliable. We will schedule again, thank you.

Great local business. These folks helped me out when I was injured, taking me to physical therapy several times a week for a month. Always on time. Very friendly people to work with. Reasonable rates, highly recommended.

We have only had one experience with this business but I am shocked at how great it was. My wife and I were busy with multiple commitments plus our three boys had piano lessons and other commitments. The Plattsmouth cab company picked up our kids by appointment and shuttled them around at low cost on time safely. Plattsmouth is a tiny town and thy get cab company provides a splendid low cost professional service. Btw....kids loved it!

Owner Ron is a little rough aroundthe edges but it's only $5 to go anywhere in plattsmouth one way, which is awesome for me when I don't have a vehicle to get to or from work. Drivers are always nice and helpful would and have recommended using them.

Ron or Rob was very discourteous to a minor. When called to voice concern he was just as rude to the parent. Not a nice person, very argumentative. Did not apologize for his ill behavior. I do not reccomend; would give no stars if it were an option.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner, Ron, is very unprofessional and either doesn't treat the drivers well or hires sketchy characters. The service is highly unreliable and he has cancelled more than one ride last minute to important appointments for customers. There is also a very lengthy wait for a ride back home. I do not recommend!

People are nice, service is not. Needed a local ride, just outside of town from a local car dealer. Originally told $8. When the "van" came to pick me up it was filthy inside and out. I assumed the fare would include the bridge toll, but the driver had 0 dollars. This would include the ability to make change. As we left the toll bridge(I paid the toll) the boss called ago and changed the fare from $8 to $20. Needless to say I stopped the cab, paid the agreed fare and walked the last mile. I also gave the nice lady money to get across the bridge again and a small til. Wasn't her fault. Old is ok, dirty is not....and the price needs to be laid out via meter or stuck with once picked up. Too bad uber doesn't reach Plattsmouth. I wouldn't make people I don't like ride in those conditions.
