Platte River Rentals has all your tube, canoe, kayak needs whether you're going down the platte or to Louisville SRA. They will deliver you and your rental of choice for no extra cost. Also, they let your four legged friends pal around with you. The staff I've encountered is overwhelmingly nice. The shuttle driver will fill your head with knowledge about the area in the short trip to the drop off spot and is probably one of the friendliest people I've met. If you're looking to have a day out on the water, this is where you should go.

Loved Platte River Rentals from start to finish. Booking online was super easy and convenient. We arrived at the shop located on Main Street in Louisville, received a few instructions/tips, signed a waiver, and drove to the shuttle meet up spot about a mile away. The shuttle driver was very friendly and gave us tips based on the current water levels/sandbar locations. It was a beautiful day, the only downside was we had to do a little bit of walking due to sand bars, plus the river was a little lower than normal due to lack of rain. All staff were friendly and helpful. I don't recommend taking kids if they are not avid swimmers or old enough to have safety awareness as water levels can get deep in some parts. Stay in your tube in those areas and you'll be safe and have an amazing time!

Really nice staff. Reasonably priced for an outfitter . Sunglasses holders were for sale at shop for a buck which was appreciated plus a lot of other gear . Drop off guy was nice. Cheaply priced so don't forget a few bucks cash to tip the staff. Took us 5.5 hours to float down . Good time will do it again for nice relaxing float
