Platinum Pools

We have used another pool company for years and thought we would try platinum pools as they are closer. We asked them to open our pool, look and give us a quote to replace our pool lights. The guy that came out was very nice. He found an issue and sealed it but said they needed to come back to fix it permanently. We never received a quote on what it would cost to fix the lights, never followed up on the issue that needed some additional work and it took a couple of months before we got our bill for the pool opening and green to clean. I gave them three stars due to how friendly the pool guy was but was disappointed on their follow up and late billing.

The Scott and Chad are some of the best pool guys I've worked with. They genuinely care about their customers. They spend time in getting to know you and your needs. I help manage a 60 year old outdoor commercial pool with outdated everything. This has been a challenge for over 7 years and Platinum has been there with me every step of the way! Highly recommend sitting down with them if you need help with your indoor or outdoor pool!

Chad came out to look at our pool that hasn't been used in a while. We had recently moved in and wanted to see the cost of getting it back in working order. Unfortunately after calling and emailing a total of 3 times after the appointment I couldn't get Chad to even return my call. Sarah was great in responding to emails but Chad was terrible with follow through. Never was able to get a quote.

Had a custom pool built and installed by their firm ... contract signed in May 2017 ... 12 weeks to complete... its now October 13, 2017.... think twice. Email me I will be happy to send you pictures and details on the construction issues. Non responsive to clients

Horrible experience, I tried to be understanding of the busy summer time. Took over a month to get a pool open, horrible communication throughout the process. Tried to talk to management about the process, however they would refuse any sort of accountability, pretty much just shrugged me off. Just a huge headache, i would definitely not recommend!
