Charge $40/person to "apply" to rent a property before even showing it. Filled out the application and not a peep from them for over a week. Called, and was told "we'll get back to you". Never called us back. They basically took $80 from two twenty somethings trying to find a decent place to live without so much as a courtesy call to let them know it was accepted/denied/ or the place was already rented....what a scam.

First year in our HOA wasn't very good unresponsive and didn't much to help people through certain dilemmas. Value isn't great but hopefully we can have a steady person to represent.

No communication at all. I basically filled out an application and was ignored. I have a perfect credit score and more than enough monthly income. They simply ignore you and there is zero process or explanation. I feel like they try to gather as many application as possible before they choose. Just plain wrong, if I qualify, then that's it, I deserve at least a showing of the house. Complete joke of a company. If you want to feel ignored and belittled try dealing with PJ Morgan, they may be the best company in the world at that. They sure aren't good for anything else. I would call them scoundrels but that's being too polite.

I'd hire a dead carcass before I hired PJ Morgan. Not only are they a do-nothing property manager, but they cost us tens of thousands when we tried to sell our home and they were thoroughly unresponsive. Would have sued them but after prayer decided to just let it go.

Cara Woosley has been an outstanding manager for The Towns of Little Italy in Omaha. She hears out homeowners fully and fairly, leads tight but welcoming HOA meetings, and makes townhome ownership a breeze. There are a lot of details to manage, but Cara does so with friendly aplomb. Thank you for your service!

If I could give this company a zero stars I would. We use them to rent out our house for a year while we moved to Florida and they made it the absolute worst experience. We paid them $150 a month and at the end of the day, they ended up using the $2000 deposit we got from the rental basically so they can get paid back. They proceeded to start projects and not finish them and when we demanded that they be fixed as they were started we were charged And bill for those services. We had probably six different property managers in the one year we use them as a rental company. Communication was absolutely horrendous. I will scream this from the mountaintops for the rest of my life. Do not use PJ Morgan Realty do not use PJ Morgan property management do not use PJ Morgan.

Was helping son rent a house. After two second time agent missed appointments for showing and several rude and abrupt phone exchanges and a pile of excuses, we decided on a different property. Should have looked the company up before wasting our time and energy.

We were just strung along for two weeks on a rental home in Omaha. We paid $110 for an application and were approved, but at the last minute, this terrible agency pulled the rug out from under us and said the listing had been removed. In general, they were very unresponsive. We are now moving to Omaha in a week with nowhere to live.

One star is too much The worst rental experience I've ever had. I started living in my place under a different company in which was bought by a private company and now pj Morgan manages it. I've been here longer than any tenant and since pj Morgan has managed its gone completely downhill. My personal issue is I've complained about the level of noise my neighbors cause. They literally stomp through their apartment all day and it's bothersome. I'm literally living in an uncomfortable environment where I'm supposed to have peace. I reached out to the neighbor personally to let them know they were a bit loud. This went on with me continuing to have to remind her but it didn't stop. I sent an email to the property manager KATHY KAVAN and she informed me that the lady upstairs was the on-site manager and she'd let her know how loud she was. THE NOISE DID NOT STOP. I started recording how loud they were for evidence and documentation but this didn't help. I reached out to KATHY KAVAN one last time to discuss the matter and she dismissed it all, made it seem as though I was crazy, telling me the neighbors aren't home when I'm complaining (how would she know) and she told me I could leave if I'm unhappy. I cried. I was under so much stress and on top of it all I'm black, they're both black and I don't even reach out to management when I need help because it's always uncomfortable. I reached out to KATHY KAVAN one last time about filters and my washer and dryer being delivered. She ignored me. After a month passing I reached out to her manager CARA she seemed concerned over the phone and told me she'd reach out to Kathy and call me back personally. I never received a call back from CARA so I emailed KATHY KAVAN and she said "CARA called you, you must've missed her call. But she already told you ...."This was a lie. She didn't call me/leave a voicemail and apparently the washer was supposed to be delivered in Aug 28, 2020. It has never been delivered and I haven't received a phone call from Nebraska Furniture Mart. All units are supposed to be equipped with a washer and dryer unit. Mine has not worked and was supposed to be replaced but hasn't since December 2019. I've gone without air, heat and I'll reach out and ignored. I've gone without hot water in the kitchen area of my home. Without anyone helping. Ultimately, the site manager won and can be as loud as she wants because KATHY KAVAN basically threatened to end my lease if I continue to be unhappy. They're both White women and I'm a Black woman so of course I lost this battle. All I asked for was peace at home. It's sad.
