Pioneer Greens Dentistry

I went there for a general checkup 11 months ago and got a fairly large bill that my insurance wouldn't pay. I recently discovered I had secondary insurance and they assured me they would process it. I called Pioneer Greens and the lady in billing didn't want to process it. Said it would be "easier" for me to submit. What she didn't say is that it would be easier FOR HER if I submitted it. I told her to send it to me and I'd do her job for her.

Everyone from the front office staff, to the hygienist, to the very skilled providers, this place is top notch! My whole family of 5 couldn't be happier with the service and expertise we have experienced at Pioneer Greens. I especially like Dr. Shirk, he's so skilled and through. There are a lot of choices in Lincoln, this place is the best around!

I decided to try a new dentist after the one I had used for many years retired. I chose Pioneer Greens because they were a short drive from home. I am so glad I did! They are amazing; they are up to the newest treatments and methods, professional, and personable at the same time. I felt as though I had moved up 200 years in treatments. I have found that they stay on schedule, seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes at an appointment. I would recommend them to anyone wanting great treatment.

My experience at Pioneer Greens was very positive. My routine teeth cleaning was handled by a skilled Dental Technician named Courtney who had a pleasing personality, was very efficient,and skilled and seem to enjoy her job.Doctor Pauley is also very personable, knowledgeable, and has a caring demeanor.My dental health has increased greatly in the last few years by following their suggestions

The staff at Pioneer Greens Dental office is very friendly yet professional and helpful. My wait time was short and my dentist was on time. Dr. Pauley clearly explained what would happen during my visit and gave me a fully understandable report on my oral health when he finished. This was actually an appointment that was a pleasure to keep and I most highly recommend Pioneer Greens Dental Group to anyone who might be looking for professional, courteous and knowledgeable dental expertise.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service! Avoid! This office is a liar. They tried to lure you into some unnecessary services to get your money. But they didn't submit the claim to my insurance a few month later after the service, and they wouldn't admit. I am screwed. Avoid!
