I've been to this venue twice and both times were a good experience. It's a little slow getting in and out due to the crowd but that's expected at any large venue. The food is good. I got a hot dog and was happy to see that there were jalapeños to put on as a topping along with the normal condiments. Concessions are at the expected concession prices, so be prepared.Parking nearby is very adequate because there are 4 big parking garages within walking distance of the arena. We definitely plan on coming to more games here!

Been here several times and somehow failed to review it. Here to correct that! This arena is a hub for acts visiting Nebraska. Seen several acts here that didn't make it to Omaha. Grateful for this location's bookings! It's huge. Keeps warm in cold weather and cool in savage heat. Seating is reasonably affordable. Acoustics are good. No wash out of sound.Do remember that A) you must have a clear bag if you carry one, and B) no pictures or video taking are allowed. Food and drink here are expensive. No great surprise. Plenty of places to visit outside, around the stadium, before and/or after.Parking is expensive. Plan an hour extra to find a good spot or to hike in from a cheap spot.We will definitely return.

I attended a concert here (Ministry/Alice Cooper/Rob Zombie). It was a good venue for that. We were in the cheap seats ($20), and the sound and view were not ideal but weren't bad.Security was well organized and staffed, and it only took a moment for us to get in. As always, be sure to check the bag policy before going.Food and drinks were overpriced, as can be expected. No cash is accepted at concessions. It was fairly easy to find our seats, though we did get there while the lights were still on. The numbers are not super easy to see.Bathrooms were clean and had well-designated and functional door and closures. There seemed to be fewer stalls than I would expect in a big area like this. Wheelchair accessibility in the arena overall seemed good (I am not sure about the bathrooms). There were many fans there who use mobility devices.Parking garages nearby were easy to use. They have you pay when you enter, so leaving the show is easy. The parking garage closest to the arena was $20, the next was $15 dollars. We parked in the 3rd, I think it was $12. The prices might vary depending on other events, I don't know.

Went to my first College basketball game here last night, Nebraska Cornhuskers vs Northwestern. I had a great time. Even though Nebraska lost, I felt very comfortable watching the game here. Seating is very comfortable and the arena looks so nice! Anytime you come to Lincoln try to stop by and see a game. Very entertaining!!!

Well damn, this is actually a really nice arena! I wasn't sure what to expect, but it definitely wasn't something as nice as this. Lots of spaces. Lots of food and drinks options. Nice outdoor area with tables and chairs. Easy to navigate. Easy to park. And the sound for the concert was great.

This was the third concert I've attended here. Each time I've had no issues with security, no wait time getting in the doors, and the bathrooms fully stocked/clean. As all arenas/venues I think the food is overpriced and mediocre. One perk with their large drinks...free refill. The employees I've interacted with have been friendly too. Tons of food options within walking distance and a decent amount of parking if you are visiting soon.

Wow. This is a modern state-of-the-art professional facility. It has everything it should have. Comfortable seating with good sight lines (even the seats toward the top had a good view.) Nice wide and easy-to-walk hallways for those of all ages. Plenty of concessions and restrooms. Then there's the world class sound and lighting system. The graphics on the video board didn't leave anything to be desired. Plus it had plenty of room to list the current stats. The sound was crisp and clear. There wasn't any issue hearing the emcee introduce the players, who scored or explain any foul calls.I haven't visited for a concert, but I would expect a similar experience. One quick note, the South entrance walks into a small area where you can either walk to lower court seats, into a team merchandise store or take an escalator to the next level. It can get crowded quick and when it does, the crowd can bottleneck at the escalators. If you're with somebody who might need some extra time or if you have kids, you might consider arriving a little early to miss the brunt of the crowd or if you're able, please walk around to the North entrance where it's easier to enter.

Cool arena, but terribly unfriendly security. Does not make you feel safe. Restrictions are next level ridiculous. They force you to buy water inside. Can't take any purses or bags in. And most ladies wallets are not allowed due to size. Absolutely no food or drink including water. Read the restrictions thoroughly before entering. There are three parking garages. Don't be afraid to park in garages #2 or #3. For a couple minutes longer of a walk, it's worth it to exit the crowds quicker!

If you're looking at arena reviews on Yelp, I'm guessing that you're probably not trying to decide which arena to visit tonight. You probably have some tickets, and are either passing time or looking for tips on what to expect. On my recent visit, I tried to note things that might help those with special needs:People who need to eat: Expensive, of course. I saved much time by looking on another level (everybody had crowded into line on the ground level). A pretzel and soft drink cost $9, but tasted good, was prepared quicker than a burger, and turned out to be quite portable.People of size: The seats are average for an arena (meaning too small 20-30% of the population). Fortunately they have arms that lift, so there's hope IF there are enough empty seats. Floor seats are locked together, but again are okay if you're at the end or next to an empty seat. All seats are comfortably padded.People using wheelchairs: Parking is limited! Call ahead to make arrangements! There are a handful of handicap spots at Gate 4 to the north (fewer than you'd find at a Wal-Mart). A few more in the garage by the doors on the south side. Not much of a passenger drop-off area, but they tolerate people getting dropped off on the street out front. The main doors are on the south. I didn't see any "wheelchair parking" spots in the stands, so you'll need to be on the ground level. People with limited mobility but not officially handicapped: Expect lots of walking. It's an arena, after all, and it's close to other venues that can fill up parking in a hurry. Get someone to drop you off near the doors, or arrive hours early and park in the nearest garage (if you're lucky). I noticed that staff were very, very helpful *when people asked for assistance*.People with gear: Forget it. They enforce a strict clear bag (and no iPad and no tablet and no water bottle) policy. The night I went, there were lots of seniors in attendance, and staff didn't seem to be making exceptions for people carrying medical necessities. Maybe if you called ahead to make arrangements?
