Pho Factory

I hadn't been here in far too long. I had fully planned on getting pho but the vermicelli noodles combo called my name. I really wanted something fresh and meaty. The cut up egg roll mixed in the dish was a nice addition. They were too many sprouts for my liking and I will probably remove some next time before mixing it altogether. My friend got the Jasmine rice combination that has grilled pork chops. She was very happy with her choice!My only complaint is that the service was really slow and they weren't that busy. It took a long time to get our food which is inconvenient when you're trying to fit in on a lunch break during the week.

The food was hot and delicious! We loved the Korean beef ribs and the steak pho. Service was amazing. Quick and accurate. We enjoyed the unique lighting and ambiance.

Good service friendly staff, nice size menu, Decent Pho all fresh ingredient, I feel other pho restaurants in the area has a touch better broth etc

This is always a favorite when visiting Lincoln for authentic Vietnamese food. Everything was delicious per usual and served in hefty portions. Service is always friendly with plenty of seating. The place was clean and quiet around 1pm. We'll definitely be coming back next time we're in the area.

Very good spring rolls and jasmine rice platters. We pass by often on the way to see some adorable grandchildren. We stop here to grab takeout, then go charge our EV at the fast charger three miles away, while we munch. Takes about 15 minutes to prepare the takeout when grabbing a late lunch (4 pm or so). Probably longer when it's busy.

This is my favorite place to get pho in Lincoln. They don't only have pho bus also a wide variety of other Vietnamese foods. It is very spacious on the inside with a little bar area and nice decor.

My family enjoys a good pho but somehow we had not made it over to Pho Factory yet. I think it was a case of finding a place we liked and not venturing out of the familiar. Thankfully we did today because this place is fantastic. The Pho was pho-nomenal (I know, I'm sorry, but I had to). But seriously the broth was that deep complexity that look for in a really good pho. They menu was very customizable and I was able to get what I wanted but have them make it spicy. And let me tell you these guys do not play when you ask for the heat! It was delicious but I was sweating by the end. I really really liked it. The crab Rangoon was just ok but that's not why you go to a place like this. Bonus is that our favorite Asian market in town is right next door so after we feasted we were able to do a little shopping. We will be back, the food was great and so was the service.

Was here on the last evening last night of my work trip/vacation. Even though the restaurant was short staffed and seating and service times were long, we still managed to have a very nice meal! I had a medium build your own pho with tripe, rare steak, and flank. We shared egg rolls which were very tasty. Also had a Thai iced tea to wash it all down. Simple but great dinner!

This restaurant used to be great! Loved the food and the service. It has definitely gone down hill. We placed an order for delivery through their website and when it arrived over an hour later, part of the order was missing and part of it was incorrect.We called to inform them and they didn't understand that we wanted the missing meal to be refunded AND we wanted it replaced. They made us come and get it, and so for the inconvenience I asked if they would refund both the missing and the incorrect meals, since we paid almost $100 and would have to drive 20 minutes there and home to get the correct food. Two different people got on the phone and then they ended up hanging up on me!My husband drove 20 minutes to the restaurant (so they had 20 minutes to prepare our food), then he had to wait half an hour for the food!!! Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible. Not worth the mediocre food they now have.

Vung Tao is so much better than this trashy place. I went here to look at the menu to see if I wanted to eat there and this Mexican dude mopping the floors was so rude to me. I called him out on it and honestly after my interaction with him I was turned off from even eating there. I would not recommend this place.
