It is simply ok. Sometimes it is kinda dirty. When i go here... i insert eyes in the back of my head because there are a handful of questionable characters lurking. Also prepare a lie or an excuse for all the beggers outside... as they will try to suck u dry of your loose change. If you want to run in and get something. Go here. The prices are kinda higher but that is to be expected for a neighborhood grocerer. Some feel that they are taking advantage of the population that can't afford to go to travel to other grocers. I am sure Wal mart will give them a run for their mulah.

I read the previous comments and will agree that it isn't the nicest looking place. However, the prices are great now. Cost + 10% roughly. There have been improvements. Although some are still needed:)

It's not the worst place ever but it'll definitely make you want to take a shower when you get back home. If you wear dirty clothes and talk to yourself about Jesus nobody will bother you for change. They are way over priced but you can haggle them down on the price for expired products and rotten produce that still has useable parts on it. If you don't have a car I recommend the bus or parking though, unless you feel like donating your bicycle to desperate junkies.
