Lyndell and her team at Pharmacy Solutions have been life-savers for me. Because of sensitivity to almost all oral medications they have been able to compound topical creams to help manage my pain. They answer my myriad questions and are always willing to research other options that might help me. Both of my physicians always accept the recommendations that Lyndell and her staff make. I cannot say enough good thing about them!

Just stopped by here as I'm visiting the area and like supporting small or family run businesses. While in the store I received a telephone call and stepped outside the store and into an open door to an empty room to answer the telephone. I am not one of those people who thinks it's ok to have telephone conversations in the vicinity of others, intruding on their personal space as well as the inability for me to have a semi (at least) private conversation. The brown haired lady in the store came rushing out and in a loud voice asked what i was doing. I meant no intrusion on anybody and rather this was my attempt to circumvent intruding on others. I was talking on the telephone when she did this. I stepped out of the room and walked down the hall, still trying to keep out of other people's way and to hold at least a very brief urgent call. The lady went into the room I had been in, seemingly checked it out to see if anything was amiss in there, then came out loudly closing the door - as if I were a vagrant trying to trespass or something. Whew. I would have gone outside, but it was very windy, and the caller could not hear me over the wind.I won't be going in here anymore, that is for sure. They advertise that this is a "family feel" shop, but I sure didn't feel that! I do not recommend them at all.

I was prescribed a medication that needed to be formulated. Pharmacy Solutions did a quick and fantastic job. They explained the medication thoroughly. If a special medication is needed, I recommend this business.

The office hours are unreasonable. I have to leave work early to get my cat's prescription or pay $7 to get it delivered (but only between 3 and 5 pm). When I requested a delivery they gave me a hard time about needing it delivered to me at work. If I were going to be home between 3 and 5 I wouldn't need delivery! I tried to pick up my prescription during their normal office hours last night and they were closed 5 minutes early, so I took off work for nothing. If this weren't the only place for me to get my cat's medicine I would go elsewhere.

Met for an hour with one of the Pharm D providers and she provided a lot of needed information & established a treatment plan. A very thorough questionnaire was sent to me prior to my appt. this helped so much in getting to the issues of my concern. The medications were formulated and have helped me so much. I value all the work that goes into the formulation (they are hand prepared) of these types of medications and understand why they need at least 48 hours prior to refill.
