Pets discount has become my go to place for pet supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner is a great source of information and is very helpful. He has many years if experience. He also makes a point to support local and regional small businesses. The prices are competitive with Amazon. The store is clean and well organized. I highly recommend

Stepped inside, saw one customer and the guy behind the counter with nary a mask in sight when the hospital I work at is in crisis standards of care bc of this pandemic, and I immediately turned around and exited. If you don't care enough about your customers to do something as simple as comply with community health guidelines, I trust you 0% with the wellbeing of my pets. Never going back.

One of the best places I found an Omaha to buy dog food. They have high-quality brands from American farmers. Organic and all natural. Lots of interesting items like kangaroo jerky. They have a convenient location. Everybody's incredibly friendly.

Knowledgeable and professional owner. Nice supply of organic pet food. He always offers my Max a treat, and cleans up after his accidents.

We stopped in here randomly on our way into hy vee. It was their grand opening. This place is amazing!! Owner and staff were so friendly and informative. They have free samples of all of the dog food to make sure your dog likes it. The prices are great! And a lot of the products were local! We'll be back with our doggo next time. This is our new favorite dog food store!

I just can't say enough good things about this establishment. The store is always very organized and clean. There is plenty variety to choose from. They carry the best brands of dog food. They are always running sales on great items. But most importantly, the owners are the nicest, most helpful people I have ever met. Anymore, you can't find customer service and I don't know if you've noticed, but no one even thanks you for your business anymore - not these folks! They treat you like you are very important to them. We buy our dog very expensive food and they are the lowest price in town. When I first called them to get a price, they told me about a frequency program (buy 12 get one bag free) that no one else that I called even mentioned it. I will not buy from any other stores now. They truly are the best as their website says.

Very friendly place to shop! My fiancee and I walked in spontaneously when we were on our way to adopt our cat and were met with a friendly smile and plenty of help. We will be shopping here from now on.
