Jeff (one of the owners) is probably the best mechanic I have ever come across. He sat in my car, closed his eyes, and gently moved my steering wheel side to side. After a few seconds he softly said, "It's your tie rods." He then raised the cars and showed me. I didn't even know what a tie rod was! He said, "Would you like to work on it with me and learn how to fix it?" Oh boy, did I ever! He stood behind me, holding my hands like that scene in the movie "Ghost". At the end of everything, he didn't even charge me for labor. He just said, "Now you know. And knowing is half the battle." I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in western Iowa.
