If we could give zero stars about this floral business, we would. We originally chose Stacy at Petal Creations to do our wedding flowers based on the reviews & after a consult. She seemed to be knowledgeable and the work she did show, looked really good, in addition to getting back with you in a timely manner (at first... make sure you see the words at first, if you're contemplating using her for your wedding). We gave her our $500, non-refundable retainer and also, DID NOT sign a contract (you should also re-read that if you're planning on going with Petal Creations for a wedding. It should have been a big red flag, for us!). As time went on, another meeting, she seemed to have her own ideas, shooting down the brides, even after showing Stacy inspro pics. What could have been 45 min to an hour meetings, sometimes were closer to 1.5 hr, or longer, because she liked to talk about things that were not related to wedding flowers. Meeting with her 6.5 weeks before the wedding (fiancé met for the first tim) & the majority of the conversation was not wedding flower related. Had to do with telling us about the movie she went to, tags for her car keys, dog getting out thanks to her lawn guy, etc... things we didn't need to know & in turn, were "billable hours." No contract, so therefore, we didn't know these things. She wanted inspro pics emailed to her & they were sent June 8 (5.5 weeks before the wedding). She was told via text they were on the way & she replied sounds great. She never acknowledged anything, anymore. After 5 days, we had to call her (we kind of wanted to know what we were going to owe & if we needed to cut things). She called the next night and we were in another wedding meeting. She finally got back to us 8 days after the email was sent... (more or less feeling like we were being ghosted, nonetheless, by a business owner, working for us, on our special day), just to go over the email. No prices. We continued to have to wait another week, texting her exactly one week later, asking for the itemized cost. She said she still was waiting to see if she could get a greenery. Kind of funny that the new florist we went with knew in one day! Stacy just likes to drag things out and maybe say this is part of her "billable hours," so to speak? The next day, she received a text from us, letting her know due to the stress and lack of her communication, we would not be needing her services. That was 2wks ago on 6/24. Basically, 3wks from our wedding, but we've found a professional florist, who communicates and calls regularly, not to mention, does an amazing job & doesn't have these so called "billable hours" that you are being charged to chat with about nonsense. We also might receive in store credit for those billable hours and for the last two weeks, have been watching the mail for her accounting statement, but have yet to receive it from Petal Creations. Just steer clear of the no contract from wedding vendors!

Ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday. WOW is all I can say! Beautiful, and creative. Not your ordinary flower arrangement. Stacy was so helpful and is wonderfully creative. Thank you so much Petal Creations!

Stacy is amazing. I love the convenience of being able to place an order and know that it's going to be delivered and is going to be absolutely perfect. As a guy, I know very little about flowers or floral arrangements. I just call Stacy tell her what I want and she does it, beyond my expectations. She has handled both my personal floral arrangements and also arrangements for my business including major business events. I trust this company because they have performed beyond my standards every time.

Rude, awful, condescending. Met with the consulting florist there about doing flowers for an event. While her ideas may have been good, her ideas were the only ones she was interested in. She belittled my concepts, was rude to me, and even called me names. She made it clear over and over and OVER that my budget was nowhere near the budget of the events she usually handles. Still fuming weeks later. There are plenty of other good florists in Lincoln. No way I - or anyone else I know - will ever walk in their door again.

Petal Creations is not just flowers. They are there to help you plan whatever you want help with. They present great ideas working with your budget. Stacy will definitely tell you if she thinks something will not compliment your 'look' but she will always do what you want! She is personable and very good at what she does.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in looking to get flowers for 2 people, thinking they had their Friday $5 special. I hadn't forgot that it was mother's day weekend, but also didn't even think about that as both people I was buying them for were not for mother's day. The lady made sure to tell me 3 times in the 5 minutes I was there that they cannot do those because of mother's day and that whoever they get their flowers from doesn't forget it mother's day in a very condescending manner. I completely understood that prices go up and told her that. I was expecting for her to help me out with something else that would relatively cheap but no she offered no assistance. After a couple times of asking questions in a way to try to get her to help more, I finally told her I would just go over to Super Saver. I did find bouquets for 4.98 each at Super Saver so I was happy. I was so disappointed with her terrible service I almost went back to tell her that she lost my business due to her lack of customer service. I was willing to consider more pricey options but she wasn't giving me anything and seemed like she just wanted to get back to whatever she was doing in the back when I had walked in.
