AS a salon professional I know what it is to give good customer service. Time and again I have run into problems trying to get good (even acceptable) customer service from Peels Salon Services. After placing an order i called 5 minutes (maybe even less) to add ONE product to the order that I will need THIS WEEK. They said I couldn't add it to the order since the order was already closed. They could ship the one product to me but it would be a different shipping charge. SERIOUSLY!? I KNOW the order was not gathered, packed, put on a truck and driven off in less than 5 minutes! I am seriously considering giving up Matrix products because Peels is the ONLY supplier in Iowa. Grrrrr.....why is customer service something of the past? If this were the only time I had experienced poor customer service from peels it wouldn't be such a big deal but this is NOT a first and I'm SURE it won't be last if i actually stick with peels as my supplier. Just frustrating and very disappointing! I think this company needs to read "The OZ principle"!
