Pebble Creek Vintage Thrift

Pebble Creek Vintage is a stop on the 2023 Passport Program and it exceeded my expectations for a small town thrift store. Staffed by community volunteers, the pride and passion is on display and you can't help but get drawn in by the volunteers who help find treasures in the bounty of offerings at Pebble Creek. I purchased some clothing items and an Omaha Royals vintage lunch box. I may be back to purchase the Easy Bake Oven that I spotted in the toy room. Everything is tastefully displayed, easy to navigate and overflowing with finds from designer purses to bicycles, nursery furniture and antique school desks. Furniture is housed at their downtown storage that is open by appointment--a photo album can be viewed to select from the offerings. All proceeds from Pebble Creek goes back into the community. Hidden in plain sight, we drove by the store twice before we saw the signage. The building is an unassuming former implement building on highway 275 as you go through Scribner, You will find it, but you may drive by a time or two like we did. If you are a college kid or are looking to furnish your first apartment--this PCV would be a great place to start.

This place is a great mix of antiques and used goods. All proceeds are donated to a cause in Nebraska. The volunteers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
