Worst business. I rented a bus for my wedding and the bus broke down. We were about a half hour late to our wedding reception causing us to miss out on our dollar dance, which would have been a good chunk of money. We had to have at least 8 different people leave the reception to pick us up. When I called to ask for money back they said they had a bus to get us but we had all left by the time it got there. The bus had been broken down for at least a half hour before people started to come get us. We had another person go back after everyone else to make sure everyone had a ride. No one saw the bus. The owner said he was showed up about 30-40 minutes after he got a call. No one saw him either. I called and talked to the manager. I explained why I was upset and he said I was being very rude. I did have a tone but was not raising my voice. He said that he was going to have the owner deal with this. The owner mansplained how busses overheat in the summer. In my opinion, if your bus overheats, it should not be driving people around for a 2 hour time slot in the summer. The contract said they "will make any effort to resolve the situation by providing alternate transportation or a refund solely at the company's discretion. Neither of those happened. I called upset, I admit I did end up raising my voice at the end because of how rude they were to me. He said that if I were to dispute this with a credit card company he would take me to court and have me arrested. Then he continued to hang up on me. Super disappointed with this company. 10 minutes after booking a bus and looking over the contract, I realized the price was too high and that we wouldn't make our money back with the amount of people we would have. I also did not like some of the things stated in the contract. I did not sign the contract and I immediately emailed Justin to cancel our reservation. Justin's response was that the $100 deposit I just gave him 10 minutes ago was non-refundable. I did not realize the deposit was non-refundable until I started reading the contract. Yes, in an email exchange a week ago when I was seeking information and "shopping" for a party bus, it was mentioned that a non-refundable deposit is required to book but I exchanged many emails with many different party bus companies and unfortunately didn't remember this specific company's policy. I believe Justin should have reiterated this policy when he was taking my credit card information. So less than 10 minutes after giving him $100 and without signing the contract, I asked for my deposit back and he refused. He explained that he already got charged a $10 processing fee so I then offered to pay that $10 if he would give me my $90 back. He still refused. We went back and fourth for several minutes in which Justin never took fault for any miscommunication, instead I was in the wrong. Regardless of who was in the wrong, I felt like this company (or maybe just Justin) lacks good customer service. I get that their company has a policy, but that policy should have been reiterated on the phone when I was making my deposit to avoid a situation like this. There should be exceptions to a policy, especially when it means you're going to lose a first time customer over it. I will obviously never use this company nor will I recommend it to any of my friends.

They are an absolutely HORRRRRRRIBLE business. We used them for New Years Eve this year. We were 18 minutes over our time and specifically ask the driver if we would be charged for that and he said no. Then we asked him if gratuity is included in anything that we paid for and he told us no. So everyone started tipping him separately giving him $20 bills etc. So far we have calculated that he was given at least $90 in cash. Which would have been a 15% tip since our bill was $600. Then we made sure that we cleaned everything off the bus and no one got sick on it. All of the sudden two days later the card that we used to reserve the bus was charged $250. When we reached out to the company to ask them why they were extremely rude to us. They explained to us that we went over our time and that resulted in $150 charge and that we told the bus driver that we would go get him more money to make things right and come back and we never did. That is a complete lie. They then said the remaining $100 was a tip for the bus driver because he told them we did not tip him, another COMPLETE lie. They just charge your card and not even tell you why, then when you ask they are so rude to you. You should see the unprofessional emails we have received from the business owner. We will be disputing this with our credit card company, but we do not want it to happen to anyone else, so we are getting the word out there. I would never recommend using this company to anyone.After I put this on social media, the owner took to his personal page and asked his friends to go post good reviews about him, not even specifically asking only those who have used his services. One of his friends told him I posted my experience on a lot of different sites, and he said "Well game on."He is a horrible businessmen. READ his reviews on Facebook. Anyone who gives him a bad review, he is mean to.

After discussing prices two weeks in advance we showed up to the bus driver telling us it was more money. After calling the coordinator, they told me that was price we discussed- which it wasn't. The owner forgot what price he told us. This bus was not worth the money.

I rented a bus for my 21st birthday party and it was amazing. The company was very clear with expectations from the people riding, along with what the bus was equipped with. The driver (joe) was patient and put up with myself, as well as my annoying drunk friends. The driver will take you wherever you want and goes over the rules before leaving. Payment was easy. They made my birthday amazing!!

Joe is extremely unprofessional and will yell at you over the phone when he makes a mistake. He threatened to make unauthorized credit card charges because he doesn't "write down random times". Also, comments from the company's Facebook page is extremely rude and shows how poor their customer service is.

I rented a bus for my birthday. It was so much. The bus had enough room for all of us. Joe came by to check on Jerry who was our driver. We had to change the route a couple of times because everyone was having so much on the bus. I would book with them again. Everything was done quickly and easily.
