Looking for classic, no frills bowling, where the staff is courteous and the management go up and beyond? This is your place!! I'll admit I grew up visiting this place almost as much as my grandma's so the vintage decor not only doesn't phase me but it has a feel of home. Having said that, management does change over time and that's not always a guarantee. We just enjoyed an afternoon with our family this Christmas celebrating my dad's 80th birthday and JEN went out of her way to make everything smooth as silk!!! We reserved lanes in advance, her staff knew we were coming and pulled out all the stops. We had a tab for drinks and the only thing that could have made our day better is a burger by Fred (may he RIP). Thanks Parkway! I hope you continue on in Lincoln for many more years to come!!

We came here for my nephew's 8th birthday party. We brought our whole family, including our 1yr old daughter. My husband went to go change her diaper, but said there wasn't a changing table in the men's room. I took her into the ladies room & there was NO changing table! The bathroom looked newly remodeled & there was absolutely no changing table. Just to make sure I didn't miss it, I asked the front desk. Pretty disappointed, won't be coming back.

My kids and I love to bowl here. Very family friendly, really sweet staff, and surprisingly delicious food for a bowling alley. We love this place!

Same carpet and linoleum since before I was born!***The experience here depends on the staff working! We've come a few times. The first few were really fun! Great, helpful, laid back and friendly staff. That's why we kept coming back. Today, we came in and should have gone with my gut, and just left immediately.The young woman at the front counter was standing there glaring out at people, and then us, when she saw us walk in. She was rude, gruff, and short with us. Completely unfriendly and unhelpful.The young man working tried to be friendly, but the mood was already set, and the damage done by her poor attitude.Clearly, she is not looking for repeat customers!In the future, we will call ahead to see who is working before coming to bowl!

We have visited this bowling alley a few times and the staff is never friendly. They made us feel like it was an inconvenience for us to bowl. My son attempted to get change for the video games and the guys at the front desk were too busy talking to each other than to even acknowledge my son was waiting. We will take our business to Sun Valley Lanes from now on.
